The Episode starts with Katha telling Gayatri that she will arrange a meeting with UV when he returns home the next day. She explains that she hasn’t told UV about Gayatri yet because she wants to first explain everything to her. Gayatri becomes emotional, saying it has been 20 years since she has been away from her son. Katha reassures her that her wait is almost over. She then asks Gayatri why her brother Arjun is keeping her away from her family, leaving Gayatri silent and reflective.
Meanwhile, Arjun manipulates UV by portraying Gayatri as career-oriented, claiming she prioritizes her work over family. He also tells UV that Gayatri wants him to use her brand in his café to expand her business. UV wonders why Gayatri isn’t personally discussing the deal. Arjun lies, saying she will meet the client only after the deal is finalized. He even shows UV a document, claiming it came from Gayatri. UV feels hurt, thinking his mother sees him as just a client. Arjun laughs, saying she wouldn’t have brought him along anyway, as he would be a hurdle in her ambitions.
Back at Katha’s place, Gayatri defends Arjun, suggesting he may not have known her husband and son were alive. She reasons that Arjun loves her and only wanted to protect her from suffering, which is why he took her to Nagpur. Katha questions why Arjun changed her identity, leaving Gayatri speechless, yet she still supports her brother. She eagerly asks Katha when she will meet UV, and Katha promises to arrange it the next day. Overjoyed, Gayatri hugs Katha, and both Katha and Naina smile.
On the highway, Arjun pressures UV about agreeing to the business deal. UV says he will give his answer directly to Sheetal (Gayatri). Arjun praises him but secretly smirks, thinking he can still manipulate the situation. UV breaks down emotionally, and Shlok comforts him. Both Shlok and Charu advise UV not to trust Arjun and to confirm the truth with his mother, warning him that he could end up hating her if Arjun’s words are true.
At the Jindal house, Katha tells Naina that she will decorate UV’s café for the meeting with Sheetal, since Eshwar won’t allow Sheetal inside the house. UV opens the café for his mother and, after advice from Shlok and Charu, calls Arjun to arrange the meeting. Arjun is annoyed but shocked when Gayatri reveals her true identity as Sheetal Jindal. She questions him about hiding the truth, while Arjun continues to manipulate her with lies. Gayatri praises Katha for arranging the meeting with her son on his birthday, unaware that UV still doesn’t know she is his mother. Arjun realizes he can still exploit this situation for his plans.
Precap: Katha waits for UV and Sheetal to meet. UV sees Sheetal giving media interviews and questions her for sacrificing family for her career. Her response shocks him. Later, a few men attack UV in his café, and Katha arrives to see his injured state.
