The Episode starts with Naina asking Katha why Sheetal hasn’t arrived yet. Katha tries calling her, but with no response, she decides to check on Gayatri in person. Meanwhile, Pratty also heads to Maa Ka Achal to gather information about her. Katha reaches the same place, but both fail to spot each other. She notices Gayatri leaving in a car and decides to follow her.
Pari meets Pratty, and together they call UV. Pari informs him that Sheetal has changed her identity to Gayatri and is the owner of Maa Ka Achal. UV is shocked. Charu interprets this as confirmation of Eshwar’s claim that Sheetal left her family to pursue her dreams, but Shlok cautions them against jumping to conclusions. He insists they meet Sheetal to learn the truth directly. UV agrees, confident that his mother wouldn’t abandon them intentionally.
Meanwhile, Arjun arrives at UV’s café. He explains to Manav that Katha has discovered Gayatri’s true identity but hasn’t informed UV yet. Arjun plans to manipulate the situation, convincing UV that Gayatri prioritized her dreams over him, hoping UV will resent his mother and prevent her return to the Jindal house. He smirks at his scheme.
Elsewhere, Katha cleverly punctures Gayatri’s car tires to ensure she can’t escape, taking her with her. Supriya, realizing Gayatri is missing, starts searching frantically. Shlok reassures UV that they will find Sheetal and uncover the truth. Shortly after, UV receives a call from Manav, who introduces himself as the PA of Maa Ka Achal’s owner. UV assumes it’s Gayatri calling and agrees to meet her on the National Highway in 30 minutes. Arjun signals Manav, secretly orchestrating the meeting to mislead UV.
At Katha’s place, she reveals Gayatri’s real identity as Sheetal Jindal. Gayatri asks if they share a connection, and Katha confirms, showing her a family photo and telling her that her husband, UV, is her son and she is Katha’s mother-in-law. Gayatri, however, doesn’t recall anything. Katha also shares Gayatri’s cooking diary and UV’s recent photos, moving her emotionally.
Meanwhile, Arjun meets UV on the highway, lying that Gayatri is too busy for meetings and that he has been sent for a business proposal. UV feels heartbroken, believing his mother is deliberately avoiding him.
Precap: Katha prepares to reunite UV with his mother on his birthday. Meanwhile, UV confronts Gayatri during a media interview but ends up beaten by a group of men, shocking Katha when she sees his injured state.
