The Episode starts with Katha sharing her excitement with Naina about finally locating UV’s mother. Naina urges her to inform UV immediately, but Katha wants to keep it a secret and prepare a surprise birthday party for him, hoping it will be the perfect moment to reunite him with Sheetal Jindal. She considers this her most precious gift.
Meanwhile, UV and his family search for any contact information to reach Sheetal, hoping for a reunion. Katha busies herself with the birthday arrangements, suspecting that Sheetal may have lost her memory, which explains why she never returned home. UV also contemplates informing Katha about his mother but hesitates, worried she might feel the emotional weight of meeting someone she considers like her own mother.
Naina playfully teases Katha while she prepares the party. Katha reflects on why Sheetal’s name was changed to Gayatri, suspecting Arjun’s deception. Later, while serving tea to Harshavardhan, she comments that it tastes like Sheetal’s, asking why he didn’t stop her from leaving years ago. Harshavardhan explains that she left to fulfill her dreams and he never found her despite searching. Katha realizes Sheetal’s absence was due to the accident, not choice, and wonders why Arjun hid the truth. She tells Naina she plans to surprise UV with the truth when he returns from Delhi.
Meanwhile, Arjun scolds his security team for letting Katha into the house and intercepts her call to Sheetal. Katha tells Sheetal that her son and husband are alive and urges her to meet the next day—but Arjun breaks the phone and warns Sheetal to avoid any contact with Katha. He locks her in, determined to prevent the reunion as part of his revenge against the Jindals.
On the other side, UV’s brother Party informs him that Sheetal is now an ad agency owner in Jaisalmer, though they still cannot reach her. Katha and Naina wait for Sheetal while Arjun orders her relocation to keep her away. Sheetal secretly resolves to meet Katha despite his orders.
