PRESENT DAY IN OTHERS LIFE
RUDERASH NARANG
In New York..
He got up in the morning with a really bad headache. The hangover is nothing new to him but today it just seems to get worse due to constant ringing of his phone. He just picked up his phone and threw it to the wall in anger and started searching for his clothes that were lying all over his room.
He quickly got up and started wearing his clothes but could find his shirt, then his eyes felt on a brunet who was peacefully sleeping wearing his Shirt, he did not wish to wake her up as he knew he has not allowed to sleep even a bit yesterday night and she would be really tired. This brought a evil smirk on his lips….. He really did not want wake her up and remove his shirt but he can’t go like this to hotel lobby also.
As he was thinking his next move he heard a pounding on his door. Irritatingly he opened the door and found his assistant Hardik ji on his door.
R: Hardik ji it better be a good reason that you had disturbed me at this hour of morning (annoyed)
HJ: Sorry chief, but I could not help it. It’s your father from India on line and he said it’s an emergency….
Said Hardik ji out of breath as he was running and scared of senior Narang i.e, Mr. VIJAY PRATP NARANG.
He is a big land lord back at his village and is Sarpanch and holds the status of the King of his place, and nothing happens at his place Vijayapallinagar (Imaginary place) socially, politically, or economically. He is uncrowned ruler of the place. He has the last word in every matter…..
The word father got his attention.. Ruder just snatched the phone from Hardik ji
R: Hi…! Sorry…. Good morning Mr. Narang..!
Vp: Well I think it’s at least past noon at your place…..
R: Ya sorry…..
Vp: Are you not up yet….
R: nothing like that
Vp: Then why were you not picking up the call.
R: Sorry it was on silent and….
(cutting him)
Vp: just don’t lie. When I called 1st it was ringing then it went switched off… did you again break the phone…
R: No dad….
Just then the brunet stirred in the bed and said “ Come on Rudy Darling come back here”
Vp: Just come out the room leaving that dammed I want to speak something important (he shouted)
Ruder got really pissed off now and just got out of room and started walking ignoring hot glances in his direction….
R: OK Mr. Narang say….
Vp: Listen stop fooling round their and come back as soon as possible your dadiji (grandmother) is not well and is admitted in ICU since yesterday night…. She badly wished to meet you so make it quick……
R: OK Mr. Narang I will leave with the next available flight
And he cut the call. He never cared for his dad much but his dadiji was entirely a different case he loved her to core and could do anything for her. She was the only person who was there for him at every point of his life, his highs and his lows and she was the only person who knew the real Ruder behind the arrogant Rudy and the Fake Ruderash…… He had to reach her as soon as possible..
He called Hardik ji and asked him to book the tickets on the next flight to India all his commitments in New York be dam…..
KARTIK KHANNA
In Shimla….
The day started early in the morning at 5 pm for Dr. Kartik Khanna with his 10 mile jog. After getting home he straight away had his bath and even on breakfast table he was on a call. His mother was really annoyed on seeing this. She just shouted
Mo: Cant you just shut that phone at least while having your breakfast.
K: Its from hospital mom….
Mo: So….. Do doctors don’t need to have food…..
K: It is an emergency case…… they did know I was having breakfast
Mo: Really they will never know….. And you need to make time for yourself …… At least get a wife who can run behind you with food… My legs and heart are paining…….
K: ho come on mom….. if your legs are paining we can take appointment with Dr Murthy the best Ortho…
Mo: Is she of marriageable age…..
K: come on mom not again…. I told you many times I don’t want to get married….. when will you stop this record…..
Mo: The day you get married…. By the way I could never understand your aversion for marriage…
K: OK buy mom I am leaving…
Mo: Lord when will he understand…… Please do some miracle on him…. Rather than by him….
K: (in thoughts) Sorry mom I can never love again, your wish will only be a wish…… I am so broken that if anyone comes in this heart she will only feel pain from these broken parts.
He enters into hospital give a sweet smile to all people present there.
Then he meets a group of newly joined interns and paste a fake smile, by seeing Dr. Isha Gupta, ho the most persistent one. She was one of the best intern this year, but she seems to have a huge crush on him. This irritated him to no end, he has even warned her many times, but she never seems to understand any of his warnings. It looks like her life mission to make him fall in love, only if she knew….. She is going for an impossible task. There were many in past year too but she seems to be a bit extra determined, hopes she never meet my mother they will really make a great team.
Well leaving all this I have many cases to attend today……..

I feel each character must have its own space…..
