Actress Nidhi Seth who is currently seen in Kaamnaa has bagged one more show. The actress will soon be seen in Dharm Yoddha Garud featuring Faisal Khan, Toral Rasputra, Parul Chauhan, and Angad Hasija.
Nidhi who is known for essaying the role of Meera Singhania, a rich and powerful lady will now essay the role of Goddess Parvati and her many incarnations.
Nidhi talked about it during a recent interview and shared, “There is a first time for everything. The opportunity to portray Goddess Parvati in one show and essaying the role of an advocate, who is curt, in another seemed quite intriguing and different to me. It feels like a see-saw between the god and the devil (laughs!). Having said that, Meera has turned positive and righteous from mean and feisty.”
Talking about the challenges while shooting for a mythological show, the actress said, “Speaking shuddh Hindi was never a problem for me but it is the pace of the chaste Hindi and the dialogue delivery that I had to work on. One is required to speak slower and with some thehraav. We have to wear heavy costumes and even heavier jewelry. It is like carrying eight-eleven 11 kgs with you the whole day. It really tires you out by the end of the day. But no complaints as not every day you get to don a beautiful avatar of a goddess.”
