Akanksha is really happy with Manav’s plan and asks whether he’s taking bribes as how did he arrange money. Manav says things happen with proper planning too and explains her about his plan to take loan and opening fds to buy a house. Manav and Akanksha are on the way to find the new house with Karan but Manav’s car breaks down. Karan takes Akanksha and Yadhu with him to look for houses while Manav says he will follow them. Vaibhav gives a house to Utkarsha, the media person who took Devika’s statement against Vaibhav. She sells the statement to Vaibhav for the house and happily accepts the goodies she got in return.
Karan takes Akanksha to Kapoor constrictions and she likes the infrastructure. Yadhu leaves to play while Karan goes after him. Akanksha leaves to check for maintanence charge
Vaibhav meets with Akanksha and Akanksha asks if she knew him. Vaibhav says the time when they met during spelling competition. Akanksha recalls and Vaibhav starts pouring his heart feelings to her. However it all turns out to be his dream. He praises his fate. Akanksha tries asking manager about maintenance when he behaves rudely with her. Vaibhav reprimands for his behaviour with customer and Akanksha identifies him to be the one she met in Bhopal school competition. Vaibhav speaks casually with her and tries getting her details. He introduces her to Rane and asks the manager to help Akanksha with having a look. Akanksha gets Manav’s call who asks her to come out immediately. Akanksha takes her leave while Vaibhav asks Rane to track her.
Akanksha comes to Manav with Karan and Akanksha happily states about the amenities about the flat. She’s totally interested in buying a house there and also says about how she met with Vaibhav Kapoor. Karan calls it a big thing but Manav refuses to buy a house in Kapoor constructions. Karan says its a very reputed one but Manav says he know Vaibhav well and he doesn’t want to buy house from such a person. He asks Karan if he have other options and Karan says yes. Akanksha leaves unwilling. They look at different flats. Manav likes the flat and Karan says that they would easily get the loan. Akanksha says that the flat is good but Kapoor constructions had better infrastructure. Manav tries convincing Akanksha with his acts and Yadhu likes it too. Akanksha too likes the flat. Karan congratulates them and they click a selfie.
Precap : Vaibhav will hire someone to follow Akanksha everywhere and report her day to day activities. On the other hand, Manav will ask for housing loan from his Boss.
