Manav is preparing the breakfast think what Akanksha said that she is going to be the sole guardian of Yatharth, he accidentally hurts his hand which worries everyone, Sakshi mam offers to help him but he insists he is going to do it himself, he serves the food but it is really spicy, Manav after eating it himself exclaims he apologizes since the food became very spicy, he asks if Yatharth had the milk, Manav is about to leave when Sakshi mam wishes him good luck, her mother in law exclaims that Sakshi herself should give her something good to eat otherwise she will get unwell after eating this spice bomb. Sakshi agrees to make some food.
Manav reaches the school with Yatharth exclaiming there is still fifteen minutes left for the meeting, he accidentally tears his shirt while getting off from the
Manav is hurrying with Yatharth when he questions why are they rushing since there is still fifteen minutes left, Manav realizing this apologizes to Yatharth asking if he is angry with him when Yatho says that he is not since they are always going to be there for each other and he is the strength of his father, Manav hugs Yatharth informing that he has finally proved that he is always going to be there for his father, he must now go to his classroom.
Vibhav is sitting at the board of directors meeting with Mr Kholkar asking if he got the annual report, when Mr Kholkar replies he did not get it till now and if it is negative, he doesnot have any intention of reading it, Vibhav replies has he ever given him a negative report and when he will ready it is up to him, but he is going to tell that in the last quarters the profit has rose by 19%, they both laugh when Mr Kholkar exclaims they should start the meeting.
Manav is sitting outside when he turns to see Akanksha, she is wearing a sarree seeing which Manav recalls the beautiful moments which they spent together and how she proposed to him, he would also enjoy his time with her, she walks over to him when he is looking at her with a smile, yet she is really angry, he recalls when she revealed she doesnot love him and wants to live with Vibhav Kapoor, Manav stands in front of her, they both look each other in the yes, she sees that his shirt has torn and thinks how did she manage to live with this loser for eight years, she is glad she will get the sole guardian of Yatharth as she is not going to let her son live with this person.
Vibhav exclaims he is going to reveal the entire situation since no one knows it better then him, Vibhav reveals that Yatharth is the son of Akanksha Bajpayee who got him admitted to this school with her own will, but Manav did not like it at all this caused problems in their house and she had to leave him. Mr Kholkar asks he knows a lot about her, Mr Roy questions if she is the one who moddled for his company, Vibhav accepts she is really the same women, Mr Roy once again asks if she is the current CEO of Kapoor industries, Mr Kholkar exclaims it is a big jump since she became the CEO of such a big company, they need to call them both. The peon calls both Manav and Akanksha to the meeting.
Sakshi is praying in front of the Mandir that every good deed happens because of him since what can be more painful then losing a child since both Manav and Yatharth should live with each other, he mother-in-law comes asking what happened when Sakshi explains she knows how painful it is to lose a child and she doesnot want Manav to live without Yatharth since he cannot live without his son.
Akanksha and Manav enter the meeting when Mr Kholkar exclaim, she would be the talented Akanksha and must take a seat, Akanksha sits down with Vibhav when Mr Kholkar also asks Manav to take a seat after taking his introduction, Vibhav says he feels Manav is the one who needs the guardian the most since his shirt is torn, hearing this everyone starts smiling.
Sakshi is dusting when she accidentally falls, her mother-in-law enters questioning what is going on since she starts cleaning whenever she is nervous when Sakshi replies what if she says she is tensed because of their condition when her mother-in-law says she would not believe her, Sakshi replies she desires that both Manav and Yatharth should live with eahcother since neither of them can live without the other. Her mother-in-law hands her the album which she found in the corner, Sakshi smiles seeing how Yatharth has also placed his photos just like her son Parth. Her mother-in-law leaves asking her to always understand that Yatharth is not her son.
The board meeting is progressing when one of the directors ask Manav that he desires no one should be allowed to meet Yatharth not even his own mother. The principal explains he himself came to say that he doesnot want to meet his mother, Mr Kholkar asks what his age is, she replies seven when he says that such a young child doesnot know what is best for him. Akanksha replies that Manav and the school consoler are brain washing her son, Mr Kholkar asks if he terminated her, when Vibhav replies what matters if they both do it. Manav informs that Sakshi mam just provided her opinion since because of her actions his son was suffering mentally so she just helped him, Mr Kholkar asks Manav to think for whom he has come to this meeting, Akanksha questions what is he trying to imply since when she was with Yatharth, he was always attained good grades but when she left he started stammering and now Manav is trying to blame her, she points towards the female member revealing that she is also a mother and knows the relationship, how is it possible for her to stay away from her son, she starts pretending to cry and sits down when Mr Kholkar requests her to stop since they have heard her side of the story. Vibhav stands up revealing the board has heard and realized that Manav is not capable to be a father, he has failed to perform his duties hearing which Manav gets really frustrated.
Precap: Vibhav requests all those members who are in support of Akanksha to raise their hands, and four members support her after which Mr Kholkar asks those members who support Manav to raise their hands and he is shocked since it is equal, causing a tie between them both.
