Sakshi is setting up her bed, Akanksha peeks into their room as they are unpacking their belongings, she thinks this is the perfect moment to take the drama to the next level, she going to the lounge takes out the medicine from the suitcase, which she puts in her mouth.
Sakshi exclaims all the packing has completed so they would leave after Manav returns, she hears the cries of Akanksha so rushes to her, Akanksha rushes inside while Sakshi follows her. Swati enters the house wondering where is everyone as she can not even see Sakshi, who calls Akanksha in shock after seeing the blood from her mouth, Yatho coming ass if she once again vomited. Swati is also tensed seeing Akanksha, she asks what is her mother doing here before falling down acting as if she is getting unconscious, Sakshi asks Swati if
Niharika is really amazed to see Manav, he exclaims Mr Holkar said she came back so he thought of meeting her, she replied she thought of running away from all the problems but was not able to so came back, she is now waiting for Vibhav to return even when Ayesha and her father think it is wrong. He asks if she knows where is Vibhav but Niharika replies that he said he would only come back after earning something by himself. Manav mentions that he feels Akanksha is planning something with the support of Akanksha, Niharika replies that she doesnot feel he was in the state to make any plans as he refused to take her hundred crores, she suggests he should marry Sakshi as soon as possible because then there would not be any chance for a thief to take something from him.
Yatharth is sitting in the room when Sakshi enters, she starts recalling how he at once started insisting to meet his mother at the middle of the night, Yatho seeing Sakshi rushes to hug her, she apologizes to him for not being able to understand that he was aware of the truth of his mother, he was struggling in front of her but she did not notice anything, she apologizes to him but he replied that he should have told her but he hid it, he saw a really bad nightmare that night so he insisted to go to his Grandmothers house, he exclaims it is the last wish of his mother to stay with him and his father, he felt really bad when she was about to leave them as he needs her because she is the only one who can take care of him, they both hug each other when she assures she is not leaving him, she did not know about his condition and even if Bhagwan says she would not leave him alone.
Akanksha is sitting on the bed, Swati comes to give her the medicine when she ask how far away is she going to push her life with it, Swati sits beside her when she lies down so she asks her to rest, Malti aunti comes to her saying that she cannot bear the pain while she is serving her daughter with all this, Malti explains when a mother gives birth then she wishes to give her all of the happiness but who can fight with destiny as she is suffering from such a disease. Swati exclaims she has accepted Manav as her own son and even knows that this is not the right time but she cannot be selfish, she asks Malti for a request so that Manav doesnot find about her illness because she also wants that the life of Yatho and Manav should be filled with happiness, Akanksha what is she doing as it would ruin her entire efforts.
Akanksha is playing the video game when she hears someone coming so she starts acting as if she is in tremendous pain, Sakshi comes to sit beside her asking if she is fine, she sits up exclaiming that she has two wishes before her death which only Sakshi can fulfil, she requests her to marry Manav before anything happens to her so that she is relieved, Sakshi asks how can they do it at this time, Akanksha replies it is not in their hands to give her anything but her life with Manav is just starting so she must not waste it, they get the things in life after being patient as she got Manav while she herself was not even able to get him. Sakshi asks her to only think about her health as she can get fine even in this stage. Akanksha is hopeless, revealing she has only cheated everyone from her childhood and this is what she deserves, while giving her the good news of her marriage. Sakshi replies it is not only upto her but also on Manav, as he would understand it after seeing their tensed faces, Akanksha requests that Manav should not find out as she saw their condition, Akanksha vows to try her best till they get married as she even barred Mummi and yatho from telling anyone but she gave in when Sakshi insisted on leaving, she was forced to tell the news. Akanksha suggests they act as if they are asleep so they can fact it in the morning.
Akanksha explains that she is going to make the breakfast tomorrow morning for them all, Sakshi asks her to relax but Akanksha replies it would not have any effect on the time she has left but Sakshi agrees, when Akanksha thinks she is really innocent, Sakshi replies that she can ask her for anything which she wants, Akanksha replies she never asks anyone but then just takes it which she desires and she has a clear idea how to convince Manav, as she is helping them prepare for the wedding but would the one to sit with him in the Mandap.
Precap: Akanksha coming explains she has made the favorite dish of Manav and Yatho, Manav exclaims he has a news before they can do anything so he reveals that he and Sakshi would get married on 29th of July, Yatho and everyone else are stunned.a
