Yatho runs away from the house, he is really tensed so enters the house of Khushal uncle, rushing into the room he hides, Khushal jee and even manav try calling him however he doesnot respond, they all try to question asking him what has happened however he doesnot reply to anyone, he refuses to come out saying they all are really bad so he doesnot want to talk with anyone when Manav assures they are not like those came the previous time, Khushal jee asks Manav to not worry since he feels Yatharth is really worried but they should give him some time to recover.
The lawyers are with Sakshi mam when Manav comes apologizing informing those who came with the reference of Meera made him scare to the extent that he doesnot want to come in front of any lawyers, they all leave after discussing when Sakshi
Manav receives a call from someone, he answers it when Bubbly asks him to take a look at the clip which she has just sent him.
Akanksha is getting ready when Vibhav comes asking the reason, she is so happy when she explains that Yatho himself called her asking that she can come to pick him up, he asks if Yatho gave the statement to the lawyers when Akanksha replies that he refused but Vibhav exclaims that when he will come to them, they will call the lawyers to give the statement of Yatho who will say that he will only stay with his mother, Vibhav offers to come with her but she refuses explaining that he has agreed after such a long time and might change his mind, Vibhav agrees, he thinks how can someone be so smart as him.
Akanksha is rushing out of the house, she bumps into Manav questioning how did he enter the house, Manav replies that Vibhav has started targeting his son when he was not able to get to him, Akanksha doesnot believe him and then tries to call the guards when Manav plays the recording, Manav questions why did Vibhav start threatening his son, Manav asks him to shoot him, in his own house. Manav in anger warns Vibhav that when an honest person leaves his honesty so he should not force him to the extent that he makes his life worse than hell, Vibhav wonders how did he get the recording of his call, Akanksha questions if this is the same bullet which Bubbly was talking about. Manav exclaims he is feeling to do the same what he did in his office, but this time he is not going to harm him however is thanking him since he gave such a big proof which he can win the case. Akanksha questions why is Vibhav ruining the case, he has not been able to help her but is still ruining it all, she leaves shouting at him to find the recording devices in the house.
Manav reaches the society when he sees Sakshi mam with Yatho who is lying on the bench, she explains he is refusing to come inside saying he wants to live with his mother. Manav goes to head inside picking his son, Sakshi is shocked to see how he has once again wet his pant.
Shenoy sir explains this might go against them, explaining that if Yatho decides to go and not give the statement, then they might lose the case as it is wrong that the lawyers went back from his house. Manav explains that his son has witnessed a lot and because of Meera he doesnot want to come in front of any lawyer, Shenoy sir realizes the stammering in the voice of Manav so explains that he must first try to end any pain he is suffering because if he takes Yatho holding his hand to the court then he would surely get the confidence but the biggest fear he is facing is that if he doesnot go to live with his mother, they might kill him.
Sakshi is with yatho when Malti aunti mentions that she is the only one who can take care of Yatharth because when she used to do the music counseling then everyone would get better including Parth who used to wake up in the middle of the night witnessing the nightmares which she used to end with her songs, Sakshi recalls how she used to take care of her son, she starts crying when Malti aunti mentions that now yatho has become the second Parth for her and this is the debt which she must fulfill. Manav is about to head inside when he sees Sakshi mam crying and so stops, they turn back when she exclaims, she cannot do it, Manav and Malti aunti turn back, they are amazed because Sakshi mam has finally started singing the song.
Manav is trying his best to talk with the judge who refuses to listen to anything as it is against the law, he doesnot allow Manav to speak but he is adamant and even gets hit by the car which angers the judge who says he could have been killed, Manav plays the recording of Vibhav Kapoor, the judge says it can even be doctored but Manav pleads with him to give him a chance as he is not a lawyer but a father who just desires the best for his son.
Precap: The judge asks Yatho if he wants to share anything in the court, Yatharth starts reading that his mother really cared for him and she even worked meanwhile his father is a liar, Manav is shocked.
