JISNE MUJHE PYAAR KARNA SIKHA DIYA – CHAPTER 22

Won’t you invite me inside? Shaurya asked.

Twinkle was completely frozen. She couldn’t think. Shaurya took a step forward automatically Twinkle stepped back. He kept walking towards her. Once inside the mansion he turned and closed the door. Memories of last night were right in front of Twinkle. She was now having difficulty in breathing.

Shaurya said with a malicious tone- Twinkle, don’t you think we should finish what we were doing last night?

Twinkle backed away. She wanted to run away but couldn’t as she was frozen and paralyzed at that moment and was not able to react by any means.

Shaurya- You are looking really beautiful Twinkle. Shaurya said and tried to get under her skin. His eyes traveled down her body. He took another step forward. Twinkle was unable to understand what he was doing there at her place? Thank Goodness Mahi was not at home.

Finally, she gathered some courage and asked- Why are…? She couldn’t continue because of the dirty way Shaurya was looking at her. She hated the way Saurya looked at her

Shaurya only finished her question- Why I am here? Because Kunj invited me here.

Twinkle thought- Kunj invited him here? How could he do? Well he can as Kunj is not aware of what Shaurya tried to do with her? She was totally shocked at that time.

Shaurya? It’s about time. Everyone else is already here. Kunj’s voice came from behind Twinkle.

Shaurya- Hey Kunj! I thought the meeting was at 3.

Kunj- Yes, it was, but everyone showed up early. Everyone is in the conference. It’s down the hall to your right.

Shaurya- Ok, I will just join them. Before leaving he turned and winked to Twinkle.

Kunj- Twinkle, what happen, why you look so scared?

Twinkle- What? Twinkle was surprised that Kunj noticed the effect of Shaurya on her.

Kunj- Why you are looking so terrified?

Twinkle- No, I am not. I am fine. I will just go upstairs and tell me when you meeting finishes. Twinkle said and rushed to her room and locked it.

Kunj was looking at Twinkle with concern and was not able to understand what happen to her suddenly. Till now she was fine but after Shaurya came she was all shocked and scared all of a sudden. Now he was somewhere in doubt but was not sure. He was well aware about Shaurya’s Casanova nature but still was under doubt whether he can stoop so low that he can…… He stopped thinking about it and decided to ask twinkle about the truth. He left for his meeting.

Twinkle on the other side was inside the room. She has locked each and every door and window, leaving no way that Shaurya can enter the room and can fulfill his bad intentions. She was very afraid at that moment, just was waiting the meeting to end as soon as possible. After Shaurya will leave, she is free to live in her home. She thought to distract her mind by watching some television but even that could not help her. She was just thinking that there should be no way that Shaurya can come inside. She was too busy thinking about Shaurya and his last night deeds when she heard the door knocked by someone.

She was afraid and could not think at that moment what to do.

Twinkle are you in there? Kunj asked from outside and knocked the door again.

Twinkle on listening Kunj’s voice got up and slowly opened the door a little for him and as soon he entered the room she quickly closed the door again. Kunj noticed all this and thought to ask her about the matter.

Kunj- Twinkle, I….

Is you meeting over and everybody left? Twinkle cut him and asked her question to be sure that Shaurya has left.

Kunj- Yes, we finished up and everyone left. Kunj’s doubts were growing and he really curious to know the reason why she was so afraid?

Kunj- twinkle, tell me the reason why you are so afraid?

Twinkle was shocked that Kunj has noticed her changing expression, but still she thought to lie- No, I am not.

Kunj- Twinkle, tell me the truth. I have been observing you, from the time Shaurya had come, you are like this.

Nothing like that Kunj, you are just overthinking- Twinkle replied not making any eye contact with him. She turned to leave the room so that he cannot question her more.

Kunj- Ok, relax I am not asking you anything. Just reax and have a seat. I want to tell you something very important.

There was a silence for a moment and Kunj decided to break the silence.

Kunj- Twinkle, I think that Mahi and Shaurya’s alliance should not be broken. She should marry Shaurya.

Twinkle was shocked would be an understatement- No, this can’t happen Kunj.

Kunj- Why, why can’t it happen?

Twinkle- You…… you only said he is not a good human being.

Kunj- Everyone changes their lifestyle after marriage, look at me I also did that.

Twinkle- No Kunj, you also said he won’t be a faithful life partner.

Kunj- C’mon Twinkle, why you are being so evasive?

Twinkle- No Kunj, please you said you won’t let this marriage happen, please don’t do this with Mahi.

Kunj- Twinkle, I can’t.

Twinkle- Why you can’t Kunj?

Kunj- Twinkle, because we have signed a deal and we will be working on Sheesh Mahal Project. A 7 star resort and hotels chain in India, so it would be good no that Shaurya marries in family only no?

Twinkle- No…. No…. No Kunj, you can’t do this, please.

Kunj- Why? Tell me one good reason.

Twinkle- I told you.

Kunj- Not enough Twinkle, let’s get them married.

Twinkle ran towards Kunj and held his shoulder almost begging him- No please no Kunj.

Kunj- Twinkle, I am helpless. I am going to take to your father and tell him that he can proceed with the preparations. Kunj removed her hand and was about to go out when Twinkle shouted.

Twinkle- Kunj, you can’t do this as Shaurya was the one who tried to…….. She stopped in between realizing what she had said. She looked at Kunj whose eyes were red in anger. Now she got more afraid as she didn’t know how Kunj will react.

Kunj who walked to her in no time held her shoulders and jerked her and shouted- Why, you didn’t tell me?

Twinkle- Kunj…

Kunj- Just shut up and tell me why……

Kunj pulled Twinkle closer leaving no gap between their faces- Tell me Twinkle?

Twinkle looked down and cried again- He threatened me that he will marry Mahi and spoil her life. She said and hugged him and cried badly on his chest.

Kunj- I will kill that ba****d.

He made Twinkle away from him and started to walk in anger when Twinkle held her and stopped him.

Twinkle- Kunj please don’t go anywhere. Please I beg you, don’t hurt him. You will get in trouble. She was holding him from his legs and crying as she doesn’t want any trouble for Kunj.

Kunj picked her up and hugged her again. He was angry on Shaurya, that how he can stoop so low. How dare he touch his wife? Kunj was angry but calming Twinkle by rubbing her back- Ok will not hurt him.

Tinkle- Kunj, please promise me that you won’t let Mahi and Shaurya marriage happen.

Kunj- Twinkle, don’t worry they will never marry, I just wanted to know the truth that’s why I just played this trick to know the truth from you.

Twinkle was shocked now she moved away from Kunj and looked up- That means you knew.

Kunj- No, I didn’t know but got a doubt when you were so afraid in front of Shaurya and when he winked at you downstairs.

Kunj- Twinkle, what were you doing in the storage room with him? Kunj asked another question.

Twinkle- Kunj…. I…. just went to talk with him. He knew about his and Mahi’s marriage. He lied to you.

Kunj looked at her suspiciously.

Twinkle- You have to believe me.

Kunj- I am going to ruin him.

Kunj angrily stomped out of the room. Twinkle this time didn’t follow him. She wasn’t sure if Kunj had believed her or not but she told him the truth that Shaurya took her to the storage room to talk about the marriage matter.

Other side Kunj raced his car. He was really angry on Shaurya and was moving in the direction of his house. Though he said to twinkle that he will not hurt him but he was going to do the same. He was red as he drove. He was too angry to function rationally. If Shaurya looked at Twinkle again, Kunj was sure he would kill him right then and there. Kunj slammed on the brakes as he reached in front of Shaurya’s house. He calmed himself and told the guards that he is there to see Shaurya. They led him in without any further question.

Inside Shaurya’s mansion

Shaurya- Kunj shouted as soon as he entered Shaurya’s mansion.

Shaurya- Hey Kunj! What are you doing here? Come let’s sit in my office and talk.

Kunj followed Shaurya in his office.

Shaurya- What a pleasant surprise. Shaurya was talking and asked Kunj through his hands to sit but Kunj said nothing and choose to remain standing.

Shaurya- Kunj what happen? He said and stood near Kunj facing him.

Suddenly Kunj punched Shaurya on his face on the right side. Shaurya flung backwards. Kunj gave another hard punch to Shaurya and repeated it countess times. Shaurya also tried to hit him back but Kunj was winning making Shaurya loose. Kunj held him and slammed his head on the table.

Kunj almost yelling- The deal is off. He said and tore the papers.

Shaurya who was bleeding by now and his face had dark bluish spots because of the hits stood there shocked.

Kunj- I knew what you tried to do with Twinkle. How dare you touch my wife? Next time I see you near her I will kill you. Kunj was shouting.

Shaurya tried to handle himself and also didn’t want to lose such a profitable deal so he stopped Kunj- Kunj wait. I didn’t do anything with her. She wanted it. Shaurya lied to save the deal.

Kunj- Don’t lie to me, she is so traumatized just because of you.

Shaurya- No Kunj, she is just mad that we got caught.

Kunj punched him again- Don’t you dare talk about my wife you ba****d! He yelled again. He threatened to get the police involved if Shaurya came near Twinkle again. Shuarya knew that if police will get involved then no one will believe him over Twinkle and he would be ruined. No business and no money for him.

Shaurya- Be careful Kunj, you will have to pay for this. Shaurya tried to threaten him but Kunj just punched him hard and left from there. Kunj angrily got in the car but Shaurya’s words were ringing in his ears.

“She is just mad that we got caught”

Kunj didn’t knew if he suspected Twinkle of cheating. All he knew what that he really hoped it wasn’t true.

Twinkle! Kunj shouted as he entered his mansion. He slammed the door and threw his keys on the table and went into his room.

Twinkle! – He called again.

Twinkle- What happened? Twinkle came in front of Kunj.

Kunj- I went to Shaurya.

Twinkle eyes grew wide.

Twinkle- What did you do?

Kunj- I told him to stay away from you.

Twinkle walked up to him and she took Kunj’s hand and saw the blood on his knuckles.

Twinkle- You hit him?

Kunj- He deserved it.

Twinkle looked at Kunj face with a concern and Kunj was unsure of what she was looking at so he asked- What?

Twinkle- Did he hurt you? Are you ok?

Kunj- I am fine, but I need to talk to you.

Twinkle- About what? She said but still she was caressing his face and looking if he was hurt.

Kunj- Why did you go to storage room with Shaurya?

Twinkle- I told you Kunj. He knew everything about his and Mahi’s marriage and he wanted to talk about that.

Kunj- You could have talked to him in the party, why you left the party and that also without informing me.

Twinkle- He wanted to go some quieter place that’s why. I thought you were busy so I just informed Mahi and left. I didn’t know anything would happen.

Kunj- Just tell me the truth Twinkle.

Twinkle was now confused as she was telling the truth only then what else Kunj wants to know.

Kunj still angry said- Is there something going on between you and Shaurya?

He regretted as soon as he asked this question. Twinkle was shocked that Kunj doubted on him and at that moment she seriously felt like crying.

Twinkle- N….No. Why would you think that? She somehow managed to speak.

Kunj- I don’t know Twinkle, that Shaurya said something like that so in ager I just asked. I am sorry.

Twinkle- I would never…. I…..Kunj…She was not able to complete her words as she had started crying by now. Kunj felt really bad asking this question to twinkle and suspecting her. He immediately went to Twinkle and wiped her tears.

Kunj- I know Twinkle, you can never do that. I am really sorry. Please don’t cry. I didn’t mean that I just asked in anger. Kunj who was wiping tears from Twinkle’s eyes when she stepped back, away from him

How could he just suspect her that she and Shaurya are together? Shaurya attacked her against her will and Kunj thought that she did it with her will. She could never think of being with another man. Kunj was her husband and she knew her limits. She will always remain faithful to Kunj whether they fall in love or not.

Twinkle- Kunj voice broker her thoughts- I am really sorry. He apologized again.

Twinkle didn’t reply and turned to leave the room. She was coming downstairs when saw Mahi coming back.

Mahi- Di, we had so much fun. Movies here are not as long like Indian movies. I could have watched another one, but no worries we can go some other time and at that time I will take you and Jiju with me. You will really enjoy. You know Kran is so sweet. I hope I meet him again. Don’t you worry Roshni was with us all the time. Mahi was continuously speaking without a halt. Twinkle was just smiling what Mahi was saying but was not paying any attention as she was still upset on Kunj’s accusations.

Twinkle- Kunj called and came downstairs- Oh Mahi, you are back? How was your movie?

Mahi- It was great Jiju. I want to go again.

I am not feeling well. I think I will go and lie down for some time. Twinkle said interrupting Kunj and Mahi’s talk.

Mahi- Di, you were not feeling yesterday as well. You are really sick. I hope you are alright?

Twinkle giving a small smile to her sister- I am fine Mahi, I will just rest and then will be fine.

Mahi thought for some time and then gave a smile and asked – Di, are you pregnant.

Twinkle eyes widen in shock. She blushed but didn’t smile. Kun was also shocked.

Kunj- N….. No….Mahi. Kunj stammered- She can’t be. We have never….

Twinkle- We never got a chance to think about kids. She interrupted Kunj.

Mahi- Well then think about it as want a little niece or nephew to play with. She said with a cute pout.

Twinkle- I….. am….going to lie down now. Twinkle just couldn’t think anything else to respond.

Mahi- Ok Di, take care. She said and moved to the kitchen to eat something.

Kunj who was thinking till now couldn’t decide whether to go up or stay in hall only. But then he decided to follow Twinkle to his room only. As he entered the room he saw Twinkle lying down on the bed and crying silently. He felt bad. He placed a hand on her shoulder, trying to calm her down but she moved away from him.

Kunj- Twinkle, I am sorry. I had no doubt on you. I don’t know what I was thinking at that time. Please don’t cry. Kunj pleaded her. He was hating himself at that moment for making Twinkle cry.

Kunj tried again- Twinkle. When Twinkle didn’t respond he gently pulled her up off the pillow and into his embrace. He waited for a moment to see if she pulls away from him. When she didn’t he apologized again.

Kunj- I am really sorry Twinkle. Please don’t cry. He said while his arms were tightly wrapped around her. Twinkle looked up at Kunj and with her tearful eyes.

Twinkle- I…..wou…. wouldn’t……I would never…… Twinkle tried completing his lines but she couldn’t.

Kunj- I know Twinkle, you will never be unfaithful. I am sorry. I was really angry and Shaurya made me more.

Twinkle wiped her tears but remained in Kunj’s embrace. She enjoyed to be in Kunj’s embrace and the close proximity of his body. Though she was still upset with Kunj but she thought it was so noble of him to go and actually beat Shaurya up for her. She leaned her against his shoulder and closed her eyes and she wanted to stay in his arms forever.

Kunj asked- Are you OK?

Twinkle nodded. She looked up at Kunj and moved away from him. His arms were still wrapped around her.

Twinkle asked- What about Mahi?

Kunj- Don’t worry. She is not getting married to him and I have the broken the deal also, with him. He is no more my business partner.

Twinkle- I am sorry, I thought that you….

Kunj kept his finger on her lips to stop her to speak and said- You are not at fault twinkle, it was Shaurya who ruined everything. I was actually thinking of Karan and Mahi. Mahi is liking him a lot.

Twinkle- Karan?

Kunj- Yes Karan. You know he is working in one of my companies and also completing his studies. He is working to complete his management studies. I am observing him and if he is perfect I will promote him so that he could be worthy for Mahi.

Twinkle- She is too young Kunj.

Kunj- I know Twinkle. It is not happening so soon as Karan is also not established. We do have time for that. Let them know each other right now.

Twinkle- Ok, I don’t find anything wrong is this. I just want Mahi to be happy that’s it.

Kunj- Me too.

Both of them went downstairs as it was almost dinner time. They were joined by Mahi. Twinkle and Kunj just wanted a quite dinner after such a drama filled day, but Mahi’s constant talks didn’t allow them to have a silent dinner and they didn’t mind that. After dinner all of them went to their respective rooms.

In Twinkle and Kunj’s room

Twinkle decided to lie down on bed whereas Kunj decided to complete some of his work.

After sometime Kunj asked- Twinkle, are you awake?

Twinkle whose eyes were closed but was not sleeping opened her eyes. The lights were closed and now Kunj was not working. He was actually lying beside Twinkle.

Twinkle answered- Yes.

Kunj- Do you remember what Mahi said about kids? Kunj asked but he was nervous.

Twinkle- Yes.

Kunj- Well, I know you said, you don’t want, but I think she is right. We should start thinking about having babies.

So finally, Kunj came to know about Shaurya and he bashed him too. How was the episode. I loved the way Kunj tricked Twinkle. I hope you all too.

Mahi brought the chapter of kids again in Kunj’s mind, so what you all think will they consummate their marriage and have kids. Will Twinkle agree this time for Mahi’s sake?
