The Episode starts with Jwala putting Niyati in lockup. Falguni shouts. She asks Niyati not to worry, she will come. She goes out. Constable gives her water. She asks her to contact lawyer Diwakar, he is helpful. Falguni meets Diwakar and says I want your help, my sister is framed in fake case, police matter is tension giver for us. He agrees to help. Diwakar talks to Jwala. He asks for FIR. Jwala says its getting written, you can’t get it, I will put many charges on her. She scares Falguni.
She shows the warrant. Diwakar checks. Falguni cries seeing Niyati. Diwakar tells Falguni that Jwala will trap Niyati, she can’t get bail, if matter goes to court, it will get tough. Falguni asks why are you scaring me. He says I m saying truth, no lawyer can help you. She says she can’t stay in lockup. He says sorry, nothing can happen, Jwala is handling this as she has enmity. She says we have no enemies, we are poor. He says we have to prove this, how can police find costly drugs in a poor house. Falguni sits crying.
Jwala sees her and scares her that Niyati will get 10 years punishment. She goes. Constable gives water to Falguni. She says I have to think how to get Niyati out, her studies and career will get ruined. He says if you know any rich man, take help, case will end. She thinks of Suyash’s words. He asks her to call him. She calls Suyash. Uttara comes hearing the ring. She says its a nice day. Suyash asks what happened, did hotel deal get final. She says my meetings got over, we all are at home. He says its a miracle. She asks him to come and celebrate, his phone was ringing. He says I will see. He smiles seeing Falguni’s call. He calls her. She calls him. They get number busy. Jayant says Uttara called us, come. Suyash says I will come. Jayant takes him.
Constable asks did you talk. Falguni says no. She goes to Niyati and says bail will happen, Diwakar is good lawyer, something will happen till tomorrow morning, I will stay here all night, I will go home and get food. Falguni goes home. She cooks food and cries. Zeenat comes and says I just came from duty, I got to know everything. Falguni hugs her and cries. Zeenat asks her to sit, she will make food. She consoles Falguni. Neighbors come and taunt her. Zeenat asks them to stop it. Falguni says I don’t worry for them, I will call Suyash. Vidhaan calls Niyati. Uttara asks him to give phone. She takes everyone’s phones and switch it off. Falguni tries calling Suyash.
