The Episode starts with Suyash helping Falguni. He says I was just passing by. She says you were waiting for me, its not necessary that you come here, I was following Niyati’s happiness. He says you can get petrol from my car, don’t worry you can pay for it. She talks positive. He asks how do you stay happy in all situations. She asks him to come in and have tea, Falguni finds Niyati sad. She asks her to stay happy in pregnancy. She cheers up Niyati by dancing like Charlie Chaplin. Itti si hasi…..plays………..Niyati gets happy.
Falguni gets a saree and talks to her mum. She says I got work but expenses are increasing. She tells about Uttara. She says I want to win this fight by love, bless me. Shom sees his wife at Uttara’s house. She asks him not to scold Uttara’s servants. He asks her to go home. Uttara comes there. She goes to have some fun. They leave in the car. She says I enjoyed troubling Falguni. Falguni follows her again. Uttara asks driver to slow down. Falguni applies brakes and follows the car. Uttara asks driver to drive fast. Falguni races the bike. Car stops at the checkpost She asks constable to stop Falguni from following. Constable stops Falguni.
Uttara enjoys and says we will reach far from Falguni now. She plans to go in the auction. The auction begins. The people discuss about Uttara, who would come and bid the highest. The man says Uttara won’t reach here today. Uttara’s car breaks down. Driver checks. Uttara says someone doesn’t want me to reach on time in the auction, who can do this, big people have big list of enemies, call a taxi. Shom says taxi will come in 40mins. She says auction will end till then, I have to reach there any way, that land is imp for factory. He says I think you have to go next year. They see Falguni coming.
Uttara asks Shom to ask Falguni to leave. Shom tells the problem. Falguni asks how can I leave you alone here. Uttara says you would be having fun. Falguni says I will drop you on my scooty. Shom tells Uttara that its imp to reach in auction. Uttara says I can miss the land, I won’t go with this girl, I can’t bear this failure. Falguni asks her to think about the bigger failure.
