The Episode starts with Janki telling Gangadhar that it is wrong if widows come to the palace court. Manu is about to argue and thinks of Gangadhar’s words. She asks him if she can clear Aai Saheb’s doubts. Gangadhar nods his head. Manu says when the widows had saved us, then nobody thought it is wrong, and says they shall get the respect which she deserves. Gangadhar announces to call them to court. Manjiri makes idol for manu to gift her for her marriage. Other widow asks how will you give it to Manu as she has become Maharani now. Soldier comes there and says Maharaj called them to darbaar/court. The widows happily come to the Palace court. Janki says don’t know what Manu will do. Gangadhar tells the widows that they all have shown courage and fought with bundels. He appreciates them for their
Ross, Smith and Robb bend down his head before Manu for long time and then raise their heads. Villager thinks Maharani made British know their value. Gangadhar feels proud of Maharani. Ross congratulates them for their marriage. Robb eyes Manjiri with bad eye. Manu asks Ross if he didn’t hear the help bell. Ross says whatever britishers do is systematically and tells gangadhar that his wife’s knowledge is limited. Gangadhar says she was asking being curious. Ross tells that he wants to invite them for railways inauguration and says this will happen infront of Governor General. Manu asks him to get the puja done again and says some bad sight will ruin it again. Ross asks what do you mean? Moropant tells that she wants you to do puja so that no bad sight falls on your project. The old villager insists to meet Manu, but the soldiers stop her. Manu comes to meet him. He tells that he brought taweez for her from Ajmer. Manu asks him to tie on her hand. He ties on her hand. Manu takes out her bangle and offers him. He refuses to take it. Manu says if I have your safekeeping then why can’t you have mine. She gives his bangle to the villager.
Gangadhar tells Manu that he is very impressed with her behavior today. Manu smiles and thinks to help her widows team. Gangadhar asks her to mix milk in water and tells her about Rama’s words. He says he fully trust her and knows that she will not break his trust.
Ross makes some men bent down infront of him and says you have to bear it, just as I bent down my head before Rani Lakshmi Bai and get insulted. Janki comes and asks what game is she playing? Ross tells that he is punishing Manu’s people. Janki thinks if this is out of his mind. Ross says this simple girl was your choice and says this all happened because of you. One of the man is about to stand. Ross hits him. Janki asks him to see what is infront of him. Ross bends down and asks him to see. Ross says there is nothing. Janki says truth and tells that Manikarnika became the queen and you have to bend down your head often, and asks until when he will take out his anger on them. Ross shouts.
Gangadhar is sleeping on bed. Manu thinks how to go to make the tunnel. She thinks how to go leaving Maharaj and recalls his words. She thinks patni and desh dharm, whom to choose. Janki asks Ross to lower his voice and says you shouted at me and lowered your head infront of Maharani. Tatya guru and the widows are making tunnel, when Manu comes there and smiles. Gangadhar wakes up and looks for Manu. He thinks where did she go? Tatya guru asks you are here at this time. Manjiri says this is not right to leave Maharaj on first night. Manu says Ross challenged us in court and says she will make the railway fail. Gangadhar thinks where did she go at this time.
Precap: Kashi tells Manu that everyone is searching her. They see janki and hide. Gangadhar stops Manu and asks where did she go, at this time. He says he has the right to know the truth.
