The Episode starts with Anirudh urging Jhanak to come home with him. Jhanak insists that if Nurse Sunita had informed her about Arshi’s delivery, she would have told him. She says no one told her anything and asks Anirudh if he thinks she’s lying. He remains silent, and Jhanak pleads with him to believe her. Anirudh tells her to come home, but Jhanak questions how she can return when his family blames her for the loss of Arshi’s child. Anirudh tells her that fate played its course, and they can’t change it. He reassures her that he knows she wouldn’t do such a thing. Jhanak gets emotional. Anirudh, feeling lost and overwhelmed by grief, tells her that he just lost his child and doesn’t know what to do. He urges her to return home with him. Anirudh helps Arshi sit on the sofa. Jhanak directly asks Arshi if she thinks she stole the child. Arshi denies it but accuses Jhanak of intentionally hiding her delivery from the family. Jhanak refutes the claim, stating she had no involvement in the delivery or the child’s death. Shrishti mentions the nurses talking about child theft, and Jhanak reveals she suspected Omkar’s child was actually Arshi’s. She tried to prove it, but instead, everyone accused her. Bablu remarks that people always blame Jhanak and expresses disappointment in Shrishti’s sudden change. Shrishti insists she hasn’t changed but is reacting to Jhanak’s actions. Jhanak says she doesn’t need fake love and concern.
Choton defends Jhanak, insisting she did nothing wrong. Arshi says she has no issues with anyone but has one request: she wants Jhanak to leave and never return. Anirudh reminds Arshi that she destroyed Jhanak’s chance at a future with Vihaan, so now he won’t let her live on the streets. Mrinalini supports Jhanak staying, but Shubh argues that no one is considering Arshi’s pain.
Jhanak assures Arshi she will leave. Arshi, wanting to be alone, goes to her room. Before leaving, Jhanak expresses her belief that Arshi’s child is still alive. Arshi gets furious and tells her to stop. Anirudh questions why Jhanak is so sure, and she recounts overhearing Omkar and Nurse Sunita’s conversation. Arshi dismisses it as Jhanak’s ploy to stay. Anirudh orders Jhanak to never speak of his child again, saying they can’t handle any more grief. Jhanak understands and leaves.
Later, Mrinalini tells Choton to focus on his studies, but he argues that they are newly married and have other priorities. She insists studying should come first. Meanwhile, Anirudh finds Jhanak and asks if she plans to leave. Jhanak confirms she wants to go, but he pleads with her to stay. She asks what she means to him, and he confesses that they love each other—an undeniable truth. He acknowledges that he is officially married to Arshi and will never have Jhanak, but he still can’t let her go. She asks why he’s saying all this. He says if she leaves, he will go abroad. He asks her to stay for a few days. Jhanak says she’ll think about it, and Anirudh tells her he can’t live without her. He leaves, waiting for her answer.
