The Episode starts with Jhanak boarding a bus, where an elderly couple notices her. The lady inquires about Jhanak’s name and compliments her, remarking that she looks tired and offering food, which Jhanak declines. Curious, the lady asks Jhanak where she’s headed, and Jhanak replies she’s going to the last stop. The lady informs her that the bus goes to Bengal and wonders if Jhanak ran away from home. Jhanak denies it. The man speculates that Jhanak must be returning home, while the lady senses something is amiss, confident in her ability to uncover the truth.
Meanwhile, Vihaan prepares as a groom, expressing his reluctance. Anirudh insists it’s for the best. Akshar mentions that Ahaan will gain a mother and leaves. Vihaan questions Anirudh about his feelings for Jhanak. Anirudh recalls their moments together but asserts he’s now a married man. When pressed for an honest answer, he admits he still loves Jhanak.
Vihaan asks if Jhanak loves Anirudh too. Anirudh confirms she does. Vihaan questions why Anirudh continues living a lie and whether he loves Arshi. Anirudh says he tries to love her but never sought divorce because Jhanak wouldn’t want to ruin anyone’s marriage. Arshi overhears their conversation and faints, prompting concern from Vihaan and Anirudh.
Kul Bhushan’s goons spot Jhanak. The lady offers her food, which Jhanak accepts, realizing she has nowhere to go. One of Kul Bhushan’s goons approaches Jhanak, falsely claiming she’s his runaway wife. Shocked, Jhanak denies knowing him. The conductor intervenes, telling the goon to leave her alone. The man urges his wife to protect Jhanak, prompting the lady to lie that Jhanak is their granddaughter. She sternly warns the goon and threatens to call the police.
Vihaan reads Jhanak’s message and blames Ketki for driving Jhanak away. He defends Jhanak, acknowledging her efforts to do good for the family and warns Ketki not to ruin Riddhi’s life as she did Priyanshi’s. Ketki is stunned by his words.
Back on the bus, the lady rallies passengers to protect Jhanak, who pleads for their help, denying any connection to the goons. When passengers confront the goons, one pulls out an empty gun, but a passenger snatches it. Defeated, the goons leave the bus.
Vihaan shares Jhanak’s past with Ketki and expresses hope that she will return for Ahaan. He reveals that Anirudh and Arshi are leaving the next day and announces his plan to leave with Ahaan as well, shocking Ketki. The couple console Jhanak, who finally eats.
Precap: Arshi informs Anirudh’s family about Jhanak and Vihaan. She warns Anirudh to stay away from Jhanak, but he asserts that he’ll only focus on his work.
