The Episode starts with a quiet yet lively moment at home. Jhanak shyly admits she isn’t fluent in English speaking, though she can write well enough. Tanushri, already in her usual commanding tone, tells her to serve snacks to Mishti’s friends. When Putul sweetly offers to help, Tanushri shuts her down, saying Jhanak can manage such a small task on her own.
Mishti’s friends, full of arrogance and curiosity, begin questioning Jhanak about her dream of becoming a doctor. One of them, with a sly smile, asks in fluent English how Jhanak plans to face interviews when she can’t even speak the language properly. The room grows silent for a moment.

Gathering courage, Jhanak speaks in English, slowly but with heart. She explains why she wants to serve people and how becoming a doctor is not just her dream, but her way of giving meaning to her life. Rishi listens proudly, a faint smile appearing on his face. Putul too can’t stop admiring her confidence.
When Jhanak finishes, Rishi turns to Mishti’s friends and calmly asks if they got the answer they wanted. His voice carries quiet authority as he scolds them for mocking someone’s language instead of respecting her struggle. He reminds them that education doesn’t belong to any class — it’s equal for all. His words leave Jhanak touched and quietly grateful.
The next morning, the mood shifts. Mishti asks Tanushri for her bag, saying she’s going to collect notes from a friend. Neelu intervenes, saying she could have just called instead — the weather isn’t good. Mishti insists she must go. Neelu warns Tanushri not to let her step out, since exams are tomorrow. Mishti laughs it off, saying she’ll return safely.
Tanushri tries convincing her to stay back and study like Jhanak, who manages without any facilities yet performs well. That comparison annoys Mishti. Dadabhai steps in, asking Tanushri not to compare the girls. Mishti storms out.
Soon after, Neelu complains about household work, saying they have a maid yet still need to do everything themselves. She calls for Jhanak to make tea, but Rishi immediately stops her, reminding everyone that Jhanak has her exam tomorrow and shouldn’t be disturbed. Neelu feels offended, saying no one respects her anymore. Rishi stays calm, but Neelu continues her complaints until Dadabhai ends the argument.
Meanwhile, Aditi sits alone, replaying Anjana’s words in her head. Her mind circles around the question — why would her parents have sent her to Nutan for five years? The doubt unsettles her, yet she decides not to ask her parents for now.
Later that day, Mishti returns home with her notes. Tanushri offers to make hot chocolate for her, but Rishi steps in, insisting he’ll prepare it. Just then, Aditi arrives. Her eyes immediately dart to Rishi, and her tone turns cold. She asks if he’s planning to do something for Jhanak today too. Rishi frowns, confused. Aditi accuses him of pampering Jhanak too much.
Tired of repeating himself, Rishi tells her that she had promised to help Jhanak — and now she’s the one changing colors. He walks away to the kitchen. Neelu sides with Aditi, saying she should keep Rishi in control. Aditi, despite her jealousy, reassures herself that Rishi loves her and would never betray her.
Meanwhile, Jhanak sits quietly at her desk, surrounded by books, preparing for her exam. The door creaks open — Rishi steps in with a small box. Jhanak looks up and teasingly asks if he took Aditi’s permission to come. He just smiles faintly and places the box on her table.
