The episode opens in Simulboni, where Parashar tries to reassure Nutan, telling her Jhanak will not die. He leans close, urging Jhanak to open her eyes, but she remains unresponsive, leaving everyone stunned. Nutan, shaken, asks why her daughter isn’t speaking.
Meanwhile, in Kolkata, Rishi tells Aditi that he feels responsible for her stress and anxiety, so it’s his duty to help her recover. He admits he wants to ease his guilt. Putul tries to console them, saying time will heal everything. Indumati offers to bring food for Aditi, but she refuses to eat.
Just then, Mangal and Veer arrive, introducing themselves. The family is surprised to learn they’re from Simulboni. Aditi quietly tries to leave, but Rishi stops her, offering to drop her home. He then turns to the villagers, demanding to know why they came. Aditi slips away while Rishi scolds them for showing up at his house. When they explain that Rishi didn’t answer Parashar’s calls, Mangal tells him bluntly that Jhanak is on her deathbed.
Rishi coldly says Jhanak means nothing to him. Veer insists she’s in critical condition and has been murmuring “Mukhiyaji” repeatedly. Dadabhai realizes that’s what Jhanak calls Rishi. But Rishi orders Abhimanyu to give them money and send them away. Mangal refuses the money, saying they only came to deliver the news.
Later, Abhimanyu tells Dadabhai there’s no need to go to Simulboni. Indumati warns that Rishi will be furious if he finds out, while Tanushri adds that Aditi won’t be happy either. But Dadabhai says Jhanak’s condition is serious and insists on going, no matter what. Putul offers to join him, but Neelu objects. Dadabhai declares he will even bring Jhanak to the city if she’s not receiving proper care, accusing the others of losing their humanity. Tanushri retorts that the villagers ruined Rishi’s life, so they owe them nothing. Still, Dadabhai stands firm, telling Surjo to prepare transport, and even offers to travel by bus or train if necessary.
When Rishi returns and asks what’s going on, Putul tells him about their plan to visit Jhanak. Dadabhai tells Rishi she’s calling out their names while fighting for her life, but Rishi dismisses it, saying his visit wouldn’t change anything.
Precap: Dadabhai meets Parashar, who says Rishi has responsibilities toward Jhanak. Dadabhai gently asks Jhanak to open her eyes. Meanwhile, Arshi tells Aniruddh that seeing Phool must have reminded him of Jhanak.
