The Episode starts with Rishi accusing Jhanak of acting in front of Dadabhai by saying she wants to continue her studies so she can take him to her village. Jhanak tells him he is misunderstanding her. Rishi questions how Dadabhai knows she is good at studies, and Jhanak explains that she once read English newspaper headlines. Rishi says he knows her real intentions, and while she can fool his family, she cannot fool him. He accuses her of using him again. Jhanak asks what’s wrong in wanting to study. Rishi regrets bringing her home and says she is using his family.
Jhanak tells him to stop talking like this, but Rishi insists he is telling the truth. He threatens to throw her out by exposing her reality. Jhanak tells him to go ahead without wasting time. Rishi accuses her of taking advantage of his
Rishi then tells her that Dadabhai won’t change his decision now. He asks her to talk to her villagers about their separation and says he is ready to give her alimony but wants to end their relationship at any cost. Jhanak agrees and cries. Rishi leaves, thinking his life is ruined because of her.
Elsewhere, Arshi tells Aditi never to let Rishi visit Simulboni and asks her to trust her. Aditi looks confused and asks Aniruddh why Arshi said that. Aniruddh tells her to leave it and focus on finalising their outfits. Aditi wonders what happened in Simulboni.
The next day, Jhanak dreams about her village deity and wakes up, believing the deity wants to stay with her. Indumati tells Payal to go shopping for the Aashirvad ceremony. Tanushri questions the need since they already bought gifts, but Indumati insists they need more. Indumati then asks where Jhanak is, and Tanushri replies she saw Jhanak with a bucket and broom.
Jhanak comes holding a stone. Indumati asks what she is doing with it, and Jhanak explains it’s her village deity, not just a stone. Indumati calls it a normal stone, but Jhanak requests them not to say that. She reveals her village deity came in her dream and apologises to the deity on behalf of Rishi’s family. She tells them they should feel blessed that the deity chose their house. Tanushri asks where to keep it, and Jhanak suggests the yard.
Meanwhile, Rishi arrives at Aditi’s house. Aditi introduces Anjana and Bablu to him, and he takes their blessings. They ask him about his work and love life.
Precap: Arshi offers to recommend Rishi for a promotion, but he refuses. Meanwhile, Jhanak serves drinks to the ladies in Rishi’s family, and they start behaving strangely after drinking it.
