Jhanak 5th August 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
The Episode starts with Jhanak tossing in her sleep, softly apologising to Aditi. Parashar, puzzled, wonders who she’s speaking to. She mumbles about Dadabhai, while Nutan tells Parashar to inform Rishi’s family. Just then, Veer returns with medicine, explaining that the doctor wasn’t at the hospital. Parashar says if Jhanak doesn’t get better by tomorrow, they’ll take her to the city hospital. In her fevered state, Jhanak pleads with Nutan not to throw her away, and Nutan reassures her that no one will.
Elsewhere, Dadabhai sits withdrawn, saying he no longer expects anything from anyone and wants to stay away from household matters. Abhimanyu tries to console him, telling him Phool is back in her village now and is the villagers’ responsibility. But Dadabhai is worried whether Phool reached safely. Surjeet asks if Rishi has a villager’s phone number; Rishi says no, adding that Phool isn’t a child and can take care of herself.
Dadabhai pointedly remarks that now he understands why Rishi always belittled Phool. Rishi accuses him of caring only for Phool. Indumati gently reminds Rishi that Phool once stayed with them and looked after Dadabhai, so it’s natural he misses her. Dadabhai recalls their moments together. Rishi changes the topic, saying Aditi spoke to him but is still mentally unsettled, and he asks Dadabhai not to bring up Phool in front of her. Dadabhai agrees but admits he’s hurting too because his daughter isn’t with him. He insists something wrong happened to Phool, something neither he nor she will ever forget, before walking away.
Back at Nutan’s home, Jhanak murmurs she doesn’t want to go to the city. Sakhi wonders why she’s speaking like that. Bua speculates that maybe Rishi’s family threw her out. Nutan recalls the accusations from Arshi and how Jhanak once told her that Rishi was already engaged. She concludes Jhanak must be apologising to that girl. Parashar tries calling Rishi, but the line disconnects. He tells Nutan that Rishi isn’t answering, and Nutan says Jhanak will call him when she’s better.
Jhanak wakes in tears and hugs Nutan, saying she hasn’t done anything wrong. Nutan tries to calm her, and she drifts back to sleep.
The next morning, Nutan is performing pooja when Sakhi tells her not to worry. Nutan prays to God, saying Jhanak is the light in her dark life and she can’t live without her. Kanka suspects Rishi’s family hasn’t accepted Jhanak. Bua says it’s obvious — why would they, when the marriage happened forcefully? Meanwhile, Jhanak continues murmuring in her sleep, leaving Parashar wondering what’s truly on her mind.
Recap: Dadabhai meets Parashar, who tells him he wasn’t present during the wedding. Elsewhere, Arshi asks Aniruddh if he remembers Jhanak meeting Phool. Aniruddh begins to wonder — does Phool actually know Jhanak?
