The Episode starts with Anirudh telling Arshi she can visit him and Jhanak if she wants, but he’s not coming back home. Arshi mentions she has a dance performance the next day, but Anirudh shuts her down, saying he doesn’t care. He asks why he’d show up to support someone who ruined Jhanak’s life. Arshi fires back, blaming Jhanak for destroying hers. She claims she doesn’t know how Jhanak ended up at the bar and orders Anirudh to come back. He firmly says he’s not her servant. When Arshi questions if he plans to stay with Jhanak now, Anirudh tells her to file a complaint if she feels like it.
Elsewhere, Appu complains that Kajol is being unfair. Kajol pretends to be angry but is really just trying to get Appu to focus on studying. Jhimli says Kajol isn’t coming back. Appu gets emotional and says she only refused to write, nothing more. She agrees to study and cries. Kajol, with a touch of sarcasm, tells her to keep playing instead of studying, but reminds her that if she wants to open a dance school, she needs education. Appu says she already agreed and that she works hard, but Kajol ignores her efforts. Hurt, Appu refuses to eat. Kajol tells her she won’t be able to take her medicine then. Appu breaks down and says she doesn’t want to live anymore. Dadi scolds her for saying such things.
Lalon arrives and asks what’s going on. Appu opens up to him. Kajol clarifies she didn’t mean what she said about leaving. Lalon looks at Appu’s writing and is amazed at her progress. Kajol then reveals that Lalon married Appu because he loves her. She wants to make Appu strong and self-reliant, and once that happens, she’ll leave. Lalon, emotional, asks where she’ll go. Kajol quietly says that Lalon never loved her — not that it’s his fault.
Back with Anirudh, Arshi asks if Jhanak is hiding behind him. Jhanak steps forward and says she has no reason to hide — she’s done nothing wrong. She says Anirudh found her at the bar by accident and helped her. She also reveals that Bipasha was the one who sent her there. Bipasha calls her a liar. Jhanak tells Arshi that actions have consequences and says she told Anirudh to leave, but he refused. She challenges Arshi to come take him back if she dares and even gives her the address.
Arshi turns to Shubh, asking if he’ll come with her. Bipasha offers to go too, but Laal stops her. She insists she’s supporting Arshi as a fellow woman. Shubh and Tanuja decide they’ll go bring Anirudh home. Choton tries to stop them, reminding everyone that forcing Anirudh won’t help. He asks Arshi if she has any self-respect left, saying her behavior pushed Anirudh away. Arshi snaps at him. Mrinalini jumps in, telling Arshi not to speak to Choton like that. Choton says Anirudh is with Jhanak now, and they’ll protect her just like Shubh and Tanuja stand with Arshi. Arshi walks away with Anirudh’s parents and Bipasha.
Anirudh tells Jhanak he’ll make sure Bipasha faces consequences, but Jhanak says she doesn’t want that. Anirudh insists it’s his duty—her parents trusted him. Jhanak accuses him of only doing what he wants, not thinking about her. He asks if she doesn’t want to live with him. He says he has just one life and doesn’t want to waste it anymore. He’s tired of justifying his every move. Jhanak brings up everything his family said. He admits he feels no love toward them. She says she doesn’t want to get dragged into his personal mess. Anirudh refuses to leave her. He gently asks her to go inside and rest.
Jhanak reminds him Arshi is still his wife, and her anger is justified. But Anirudh says he doesn’t want a life with Arshi. He tells Jhanak she’s not at fault, and they should spend their lives together. Jhanak disagrees and tells him to let go of her hand. She warns him not to use force. Anirudh asks if she can’t see the love in his eyes. At that moment, Arshi arrives with the rest of the family.
