The Episode starts with Nutan noticing Jhanak is running a fever. She grows concerned, but Jhanak insists she’s okay. Parashar scolds her for not taking care of herself. Jhanak, however, seems lost in her thoughts and says she doesn’t even know how she got ill. She feels her life has no direction and quietly breaks down. Parashar suggests calling the doctor, while Bua mocks the concern, saying no one cared this much when she had fever. Mangal sarcastically tells Bua that her time to meet God is near anyway. Jhanak tries to assure them that she’s strong and doesn’t need a doctor. Nutan fears if anything happens to her, Rishi will hold them responsible. But Jhanak believes Rishi will never return—everything she told them so far has been a lie.

Elsewhere, Rishi pleads with Aditi to stay with him, promising to set things right. He asks Riddhi to support Aditi, and Aditi tells him to look at his own deteriorating condition. Riddhi reminds them that they love each other deeply and questions if Aditi can live without Rishi. Aditi confesses that she feels perpetually sad and even thinks about ending her life at times. Rishi is shocked and promises her she’ll feel better soon. Aditi counters, saying he himself is broken. He admits he can’t focus on healing when she’s in pain. Aditi breaks down and hugs him, asking him to make her feel like her old self again. Rishi promises to bring back her happiness and never let her shed a tear again.

Back at home, Nutan tends to Jhanak with worry. Parashar insists they should inform Rishi about her condition, but Nutan is afraid Rishi will blame them for neglecting Jhanak. Bua taunts again, saying it’s unnecessary to call a doctor and waste money. Parashar gets furious, arguing that Jhanak isn’t even able to speak and still all Bua cares about is money. He questions whether they should wait for her to die. Nutan becomes even more anxious, while Sakhi comforts her. Nutan reveals the fever is very high and the medicines haven’t been effective.

The next morning, Abhimanyu asks Rishi about his plans for Aditi. Rishi informs the family that he met her the day before and she’s still deeply affected by the trauma. Dadabhai, however, seems irritated, saying everyone only worries about Aditi and not Phool, who also suffered. Rishi shuts him down, saying he doesn’t want Phool’s name mentioned anymore—she destroyed his life. Putul tries to explain that Phool didn’t even respond to her calls, and Aniruddh claimed to have dropped her at the bus stop. But Rishi is firm: he wants nothing to do with her. Dadabhai feels disappointed, saying he was wrong to expect Rishi to follow his conscience. Jhanak murmurs in her sleep, apologizing to Aditi.

Precap: Parashar tells Nutan that Rishi cut his call. Jhanak again murmurs Rishi’s name in her sleep.
