The Episode starts with Nutan confronting Bua, suspicious of what she mixed in the kada (herbal tonic). Nutan complains it made her nauseous. Bua coolly replies, “You haven’t vomited yet,” and insists it was for Nutan’s well-being. When Rani offers to drink the kada, Bua snatches it away, flat-out refusing her. Nutan questions the logic—why could Bua and Kanka drink it, but not Rani? Rani tries snatching the pot but fails. Frustrated, she warns Bua she’ll tell Parashar about Nutan’s condition. Bua, with her usual sass, tells her to go ahead and walks off, with Kanka trailing behind like a shady sidekick.
Moments later, Nutan starts screaming in pain, clutching her stomach, clearly distressed about her baby. Rani tries to calm her, telling her not to worry. Nutan blurts that Bua forced her to drink the kada. Rani quickly sends Pool to fetch Daimaa. Nutan breaks down crying, then faints in Rani’s arms.
Parashar soon arrives and is horrified. Pool explains the situation. Bua casually says she “just gave her kada,” playing dumb. Parashar, panicking, wonders how to get Nutan to the hospital with no vehicle. Pool bluntly accuses Bua and Kanka of harming Nutan out of hate. Rani urges Parashar to act fast.
Daimaa checks Nutan and grimly announces that her pulse is very weak and she’s likely been poisoned. Meanwhile, Bua tells Kanka that not even Daimaa can save Nutan now, and Kanka smugly declares Nutan’s game is over.
In a dream-like state, Nutan sees Anirudh. She runs to him, confessing her undying love and heartbreak over his misunderstanding and insults. She hugs him from behind and reveals her pregnancy. She says, “Your Jhanak is going to die.” Suddenly, she sees Parashar and is startled. She tells Anirudh how much Parashar helped her, but he vanishes. Then she imagines speaking to Urvashi, expressing how incomplete her life is, and that she would find peace with her. As she walks toward her, Anirudh also disappears, and Nutan breaks down in sorrow.
Elsewhere, Ishani’s family is thrown into panic after finding her unconscious. Adrika and Aarav are in tears. Abhijeet blames Ambika, lashing out and sarcastically congratulating her. Ambika, visibly shaken, tells Adrika to fetch her phone and calls the doctor, reporting it as a suicide attempt. Aarav accuses everyone of emotionally tormenting Ishani to the point of breaking her. He pleads with her to wake up.
Back at Nutan’s place, Daimaa warns Parashar that the poison is spreading fast, and Nutan needs immediate hospitalization. Furious, Parashar turns to Bua and Kanka, accusing them of trying to murder a pregnant woman. Kanka plays innocent, but he shuts her down instantly. Veer jumps in, helping Parashar carry Nutan to the hospital.
Outside, Rani tells villagers to sever all ties with Bua and Kanka. Just then, Mimi arrives and informs Rani about her transfer. Rani breaks down and explains everything about Nutan’s condition, leaving Mimi in tears.
Meanwhile, Bipasha bumps into Laal on the street. He says he’s visiting a friend. Bipasha teases him about being with a girl earlier. Laal brushes it off, saying she’s just a college friend. Bipasha encourages him to settle down. Laal coldly says he no longer believes in love. At the hospital, Parashar asks the nurse to call the doctor.
Precap: Mimi informs Anirudh about Nutan’s condition. The doctor tells Parashar she can’t say anything yet.
