The Episode starts with Anirudh noticing Jhanak moving her finger. He informs the doctor, who confirms her movement. Parashar, watching from outside, feels relieved and walks in. The doctor asks Anirudh and Parashar to wait outside and begins Jhanak’s check-up. Parashar expresses hope that Jhanak will recover soon and credits Anirudh’s prayers. Anirudh says he just wants to stay close to her. He admits he doesn’t know the depth of his love but knows he’d be lost without her. Parashar believes Jhanak will heal because of Anirudh’s true love.
Later, Anirudh meets Jhanak and asks how she’s feeling. She says she’s fine and asks why he’s there. He tells her Mimi informed him. Jhanak asks him to leave. Anirudh refuses, apologizing for his past mistakes. She reminds him she’s now someone
Anirudh insists she still loves him. He says he’ll speak to Parashar about being with her, believing Parashar will understand. Jhanak disagrees. When Anirudh asks if she loves Parashar, she stays silent. He offers to care for her, but she snaps back that she’s not a toy and doesn’t owe him anything.
Just then, Parashar enters and reveals he never married Jhanak—he only lied to protect her and Moon. Anirudh is stunned. Parashar says he knows Jhanak loves Anirudh and wants them to reunite. He suggests they get married at the forest temple and promises to bring the villagers. Jhanak is shocked, but Parashar insists they deserve happiness.
Meanwhile, Abhijeet and Ambika visit Ishani. Ambika questions her actions, but Abhijeet defends Ishani. He says they pressured her and asks why she didn’t think of him before making that decision. Ishani says she genuinely wanted to die and feels everyone blames her just because she’s a girl. Abhijeet offers to transfer for her. Ishani says she doesn’t want her siblings affected. Ambika tells her time will heal things, but Ishani feels like a burden. Abhijeet encourages her to keep studying. Ishani begs him not to spend money on her, but he urges her not to give up.
Elsewhere, Lalon hears Apu’s song. Anjana and Bablu arrive. Anjana says the place still carries Apu’s scent. Anuradha joins and says Lalon has stopped going to work and barely eats. She pleads with him not to leave her like Apu did. They get emotional. Kajol enters with Apu’s favorite flowers and places them by her photo.
Back at the hospital, Anirudh promises Jhanak he’ll never leave her. He says Arshi will be fine with alimony. Jhanak, emotionally drained, agrees. Parashar informs her she’ll be discharged tomorrow. Anirudh says he’ll take her with him and be by her side always.
