The Episode starts with Indumati asking Putul to find a job abroad like her brother so they can live peacefully. Putul says she doesn’t want to stay there either, but she’s doing it for her father’s sake. Tanushri instructs Jhanak to take care of Aditi and her needs. Jhanak asks what exactly she should do, and Indumati tells her to offer Aditi breakfast and give her detox water. Neelu requests Jhanak to prepare breakfast for her later. Jhanak leaves with the detox water while Indumati expresses confusion over why her husband brought Jhanak into their home. Tanushri suggests keeping Jhanak busy, and Neelu insists she should be made to leave the house.
Elsewhere, Arshi tells Aniruddh that she heard Rishi supported Dadabhai, and she feels Jhanak is being treated as Rishi’s sole responsibility. She questions why he brought Jhanak to the hospital. Aniruddh insists Jhanak shouldn’t come between Rishi and Aditi. Arshi warns him that history may repeat itself if Jhanak follows in Nutan’s footsteps. He asks her not to trouble him, saying he has already compromised his morals for Aditi. They discuss the possibility of Jhanak demanding money in the future, but Aniruddh says she was never forced to accept him as her father. Arshi argues that Aditi cannot tolerate Jhanak in the house. Aniruddh points out that Rishi loves Aditi and that Jhanak is intelligent, topping her school, unlike Aditi, so she can succeed in NEET. Arshi decides to bring Jhanak into the house and make her a maid.
Jhanak enters Rishi’s room and finds Rishi and Aditi sleeping on the floor. In trying to turn around, she drops the detox water glass, waking them both. Aditi scolds Jhanak for entering without permission, and Rishi reminds her to knock. Jhanak apologizes, explaining Indumati asked her to care for Aditi. Aditi accuses her of spying, and Neelu scolds her, but Rishi stops the argument, acknowledging Jhanak’s apology. Later, Rishi also apologizes to Jhanak, who reassures him she understands why Aditi got angry and declines further apologies. She even tries to touch his feet, but Rishi stops her, telling her he’s sorry.
Meanwhile, Choton and Rumi visit Aniruddh’s house, where Arshi plans to bring Jhanak over, inviting Aditi and Rishi for Ashta Mangal while making Jhanak handle the preparations. Choton questions treating Jhanak like a maid, but Arshi argues she already is.
Jhanak, deciding to preserve her self-respect, tells Rishi she wants to go to Simulboni. Rishi is surprised that she would leave over a seemingly small issue. Jhanak insists it’s about dignity, not a minor matter. Rishi reminds her that people, including Dadabhai and Putul, love her and even fought for her. Jhanak asks why, and Rishi admits his love for her.
Precap: Arshi offers Jhanak her outhouse for exam preparation. Rishi questions why she cannot stay in his house, while Aditi asks him what the problem is with Arshi’s suggestion.
