The Episode starts with Parashar noticing Nutan’s sadness after seeing Mimi. Nutan brushes it off, saying Mimi was nice to her and that she already knows her. She even calls out to Mimi, who turns around and lights up seeing Nutan. Mimi hugs her and asks if Nutan lives there. Parashar confirms it, and Mimi assumes Nutan married him. Nutan gently says that if Mimi works for the villagers, they’ll start seeing her like a goddess. Mimi agrees and walks away. Parashar asks again why Nutan looks upset. Nutan reveals that Mimi is Anirudh’s sister. Parashar suggests she tell Mimi about her pregnancy, but Nutan says she hasn’t even told Anirudh yet, so why now?
Elsewhere, Kanka visits Bua, who’s prepared some herbal ‘kada’. Bua makes a dark remark, saying the drink could kill Nutan and her unborn child. She can’t believe Nutan is carrying Anirudh’s child and says Parashar is blind to the truth. She insists it’s her duty to protect the village from divine wrath. Kanka supports her, and they head off to give Nutan the drink.
Bua urges Nutan to have it, saying it’s good for her and the baby. Nutan hesitates, but Bua insists, acting concerned. Kanka joins in. Nutan starts getting suspicious when she sees them exchanging looks. She wonders if something’s been mixed in the drink. Bua pressures her again, and Nutan finally agrees to drink it. Bua and Kanka exchange glances again. Nutan notices and grows more uneasy. She asks Kanka for the glass and drinks it, with Bua watching closely.
At the same time, Ambika tells Abhijeet that Ishani hasn’t come out of her room. Abhijeet says he’s tired of people at work asking about her. He asks Ambika if she has any idea what to do, but she’s helpless and overwhelmed. She wonders how to give a normal life to Adrika and Aarav. Abhijeet reassures her that time will heal everything.
Soon, Adrika and Aarav walk in, asking for breakfast. Adrika says her file is in Ishani’s room, but the door’s locked. Aarav defends Ishani. Abhijeet knocks, asking Ishani to at least open the door. Ambika believes Ishani is angry at them. They all plead with her to come out. Aarav climbs through the window and unlocks the door—only to find Ishani unconscious. The family is stunned.
At Lalon’s house, Bipasha shows up and says she heard about Appu. Anuradha reminds her she didn’t visit when Appu was alive. Bipasha admits that and says she’s changed. She came to pay her respects and tells Lalon she understands his grief. She calls Appu lucky to have had him and asks him not to grieve too much—Appu wouldn’t want that. She encourages him to sing for her.
Anuradha confesses she feels nothing but emptiness without Appu and eats only because Kajol cooks. Bipasha tells her to stay strong. She’s faced the consequences of her past and learned a lesson. Anuradha asks her to reconnect with Laal, but Bipasha says it’s not possible anymore; they’re legally separated.
Before leaving, Bipasha says she just came to meet them. Lalon invites her for the pooja the next day. She agrees, saying she wants to apologize to Appu. Kajol asks her to stay a bit longer, saying they feel good around her. Bipasha says the Bose family might not feel comfortable with her around. Kajol mentions that Laal visits in the evenings. Anuradha asks her to keep visiting. Bipasha walks away.
Back at Nutan’s place, she drinks the ‘kada’. Bua and Kanka seem pleased. Rani and Pool show up, and Rani asks what Nutan’s drinking. Nutan tells her Bua gave it to her and said everyone else drank it too. But Pool says she didn’t drink anything. Nutan starts coughing. Rani checks on Pool, thinking she might be unwell. Kanka smirks. Nutan suddenly collapses.
Precap: Mimi tells Anirudh that the villagers gave poison to Nutan. Parashar asks the doctor about her condition, and the doctor says it’s too soon to say anything.
