The Episode starts with Rishi explaining that he went to check on Jhanak’s health, though no one called him. Neelu criticizes him for his behavior toward Aditi, but Rishi insists he hasn’t done anything wrong. Aditi reminds him that he blamed Aniruddh the previous day, and that Parashar brought Jhanak to prevent the marriage. Rishi defends his actions, saying Jhanak had done a lot for him and he couldn’t ignore her condition.
Aditi recalls that Rishi went to see Jhanak on their wedding night. He explains that since she was asleep, he left quietly. Neelu urges him to consider Aditi’s feelings, reminding him that he is now a married man. Aditi warns Rishi to stop contacting Jhanak, stating that she agreed to marry him after seeing his efforts. Rishi admits he acted wrongly at times but never forced her into marriage. Aditi questions whether he truly wanted to marry her, but Rishi says she is stuck in the past and he can’t explain further.
Tanushri asks why Rishi went if Aniruddh was responsible for Jhanak. Rishi replies that Aniruddh hasn’t fully accepted Jhanak as his daughter, making it difficult for her. Aditi argues that the villagers are trying to trap both men. Rishi insists Jhanak has suffered mentally for years waiting for her father, and that’s why he visited her.
The next day, Dadabhai informs Rishi that Jhanak will be discharged and stay at Aniruddh’s house to prepare for the NEET exam. Aditi insists on accompanying her to the hospital. Neelu warns that Jhanak and her villagers are cunning, while Rishi points out that Aniruddh has not accepted her as family. Aditi questions Rishi’s concern for Jhanak, wondering if he has feelings for her. Rishi rebukes her in front of everyone, and Tanushri and Putul urge them to stop arguing.
Dadabhai asserts that Aditi and Rishi are adults, and no one has the right to interfere. Rishi urges calm and shows Aditi a paper Jhanak gave him, claiming his signature was forged. He suspects Aniruddh or Arshi may be involved, noting the forgery is illegal.
Elsewhere, Bablu questions Aniruddh about Jhanak, but Aniruddh denies she is his daughter. Bablu insists Nutan never lied and accuses Arshi and Aniruddh of complicating matters. He urges them to let Jhanak pursue her dreams and for Aniruddh to bring her home so Aditi can live happily. Arshi comments on Bablu’s solutions, while Bablu stresses he only wants justice for Jhanak.
Later, Arshi informs Aniruddh that Rishi intends to take Jhanak home, and Aniruddh agrees to meet Rishi at the hospital. Meanwhile, Aditi tells Jhanak the hospital bills are settled and warns her not to interfere in Rishi’s life. Rishi and Dadabhai arrive at the hospital, concluding the episode.
