The Episode starts with Lalon telling the police commissioner about Jhanak’s arrest. The police commissioner asks what exactly happened. Mrinalini tells the police commissioner about Arshi and Jhanak’s relationship. She says Jhanak was taking care of Arshi during her pregnancy. She reveals Arshi was admitted to the hospital, and the doctor performed the delivery without informing her family. Choton tells the police commissioner that the hospital management claimed Arshi’s baby died.
Anirudh tells the police commissioner how Jhanak suspected a baby swap and tried to uncover the truth. He says Arshi filed a case against Jhanak. Lalon says only the police commissioner can help Jhanak now. He adds that Jhanak always helps others but has now landed in trouble herself. Mrinalini urges the police commissioner to save Jhanak. The commissioner says he needs to analyze the case. He reassures them that his team will investigate the doctor and nurses. He adds that Jhanak should remain strong. Anirudh states that Jhanak doesn’t deserve this.
On the other hand, Shubh tells Dadi that Jhanak won’t get bail. Tanuja asks Anjana to bring tea for Shubh. Anjana refuses. Dadi asks if Anjana is unwell. Shubh claims Anjana is upset because Jhanak got arrested. He insists Jhanak won’t get bail. Anjana calls Shubh a demon. Dadi questions how Anjana can speak like that. Shubh threatens to leave if Anjana remains in the house.
Dadi scolds Anjana for her behavior. Anjana apologizes. Laal tells Anjana that she shouldn’t behave this way for the sake of Jhanak. Tanuja warns Anjana not to be ungrateful. Anjana retorts that Shubh will never be forgiven for what he did to Jhanak. Tanuja demands tea again, but Anjana refuses, telling Tanuja to make it herself. Dadi urges Anjana to stop behaving like this for Jhanak’s sake.
Shubh dismisses Jhanak as an outsider. He accuses Anjana of losing her mind. Dadi demands Anjana apologize to Shubh. Anjana sarcastically takes her words back. Tanuja says no one can throw them out of the house while Dadi and Amitabh are there. Anjana says God is watching everything. She reminds them that Lalon previously came to teach them a lesson. Laal and Shubh mock her. Laal says Lalon lost the money he took from Shubh. Shubh accuses Anjana of never supporting her family. Anjana predicts they will be punished for what they did to Jhanak and leaves.
Dadi asks where Bipasha is. Tanuja instructs Laal to keep an eye on her. Laal refuses to talk about Bipasha. Meanwhile, Bipasha meets Sarveshwar. He asks her if she brought the money. Bipasha hands over the money, saying she sold her bangles for it. Sarveshwar tells her to manage his expenses until Jhanak is released from jail. Mrinalini witnesses this exchange.
Later, Anirudh visits Jhanak at the police station. Jhanak questions why he came. Anirudh replies that he brought her food. Jhanak says she won’t die if she skips a meal. She asks if Arshi knows he’s there. Anirudh says he doesn’t need to inform Arshi about everything. Jhanak advises him not to go against his wife. Anirudh blames himself for Jhanak’s arrest, saying she left Vihaan’s house because of him.
Jhanak dismisses the idea that she would have married Vihaan. Anirudh tells her their marriage was real for her, which is why she refuses to marry anyone else. He says Jhanak loves him, but he has done nothing for her. He breaks down in tears. Jhanak says she has never seen him this sad. Anirudh says he can’t bear to see her like this. Jhanak reassures him that she will be freed once her innocence is proven. Anirudh insists she eat the food he brought.
Jhanak refuses, saying she will eat the food the police provide. Anirudh declares he wants to do something for her. He regrets not divorcing Arshi and marrying Jhanak. Jhanak asks him to stop talking like that and return home. Anirudh says he deserves to die. Jhanak holds his hand, and Anirudh confesses that Jhanak is the only one who matters to him. Jhanak urges him to live with Arshi. Anirudh tells her that he loves her.
