The Episode starts with Kanka accusing Nutan of pretending to leave the village while actually planning to stay. She says everyone would be happier if Nutan just left. Rani defends Nutan, saying while Kanka might dislike her, others respect her. Kanka calls Nutan a disgrace to the village. Nutan hits back, saying she never harmed anyone but was pushed into this situation—reminding Kanka that it was she who trusted a city man and got betrayed. Kanka is stunned by Nutan’s words.
Nutan says Kanka is only bitter because Parashar brought her to the village. She questions Kanka’s feelings for Parashar, asking how she could fall for someone else if he was her first love. Nutan says she’s always cared for Kanka but has only received disrespect in return.
Parashar tries to calm Nutan down, telling her not to take things to heart. But Nutan wants to know what gives Kanka the right to insult her. Parashar scolds Kanka, saying she has no real ties here and only takes advantage of others. He tells her to leave if she continues this behavior.
Veer and Dhamu side with Nutan. Dhamu says she’s done a lot for the village and deserves their support. Veer adds that Kanka brought this on herself. Even though everyone wants Nutan to stay, she insists on leaving. Kanka mocks her, asking why she’s still there.
Parashar says no one should speak to Kanka anymore and tells her to leave his house. She’s shocked that he would do this for Nutan, but he stands firm. He apologizes to Nutan and asks her to stay. Nutan explains how she saved Ishani from goons, and Veer praises her bravery. She says she’s not afraid of death anymore. Parashar warns Kanka not to insult Nutan again, or she’ll be cut off for good. Kanka walks away.
Elsewhere, Lalon jokes with Bablu about who will trouble him if Appu passes away. Jhimli arrives and asks about Appu, who tells her she’s dying. Jhimli and Kajol try to comfort her, but Appu wants to sit with everyone. Lalon pleads with her not to talk like that. She sings for them, and everyone becomes emotional.
The next day, Anirudh asks Anjana about Appu’s condition. She says Appu hasn’t opened her eyes. Anirudh wonders if they can take her to another hospital, but Kajol says nothing more can be done. Anuradha and Anjana leave for the temple.
Meanwhile, Ambika and Abhijeet get overwhelmed with calls from relatives and reporters after a news story about Ishani. Adrika says everyone is asking about her, while Aarav is told to stay out of it. Ambika blames Abhijeet for giving Ishani too much freedom.
Later, Anirudh brings Moon to see Appu, who opens her eyes and is happy to hear Moon talk kindly to her. She asks where Jhanak is. Bablu says she isn’t there. Appu says she wants to meet Jhanak and tells Lalon to ask Anirudh to bring her. Anirudh says he can’t—Jhanak lives in another world now and won’t come back. Appu softly says he never really understood Jhanak.
Precap: Nutan throws up, and Kanka reveals she’s pregnant. Parashar wants to call Anirudh, but Nutan stops him. She says she’ll raise the baby on her own.
