The Episode starts with Appu asking when the doctor will call. Kajol tells her to be patient. Anirudh says Appu can only enjoy her wedding once she feels better. Appu says she’s unwell and tells Lalon her head hurts, adding that she feels like she’s going to die. Kajol says they won’t talk to her if she continues like this. Lalon wonders why Appu is behaving this way. Appu says everyone is scolding her, and Jhanak tells her that her words hurt them. Appu apologizes.

Just then, the nurse arrives and says the doctor has called. Appu says she waited too long and won’t go now. The nurse warns she’ll call another patient. Appu snaps at her, but Anirudh calms her and takes her inside.

The doctor asks how Appu is doing. Appu says she’s not fine and complains about waiting. Jhanak asks her not to speak like that, but the doctor brushes it off and asks for details. Lalon starts to explain, but Appu interrupts, saying she’s fine and doesn’t want an injection. She changes the topic and mentions Anirudh’s wedding. Kajol tells her to stop. Appu says her head hurts and she fainted earlier.

Kajol explains the headaches and fainting spells. Jhanak shares that Appu fainted at the event venue but felt normal later. The doctor suggests running some tests. Lalon asks if it’s serious, but the doctor says they’ll know after the results. Appu jokes that Lalon is scared she’ll die. The doctor tells her not to say such things.

Appu says she can’t miss Anirudh’s wedding events for tests. Anirudh insists they’re necessary. The doctor agrees and tells Appu to take care. Appu gives her chocolate in return for not giving an injection. The doctor says Appu hasn’t sung for her yet, so Appu sings a song, and everyone claps.

Elsewhere, Vinayak asks Arshi about her divorce plans. Shrishti says he could have called instead. She reminds him that Siddharth is going to be their son-in-law. Vinayak says he just wants to know what Arshi really wants. He questions how she can live with Siddharth while still married. Shrishti points out that he never asked Anirudh anything. Vinayak says Anirudh isn’t his son and tells Arshi she can come to him after divorcing Anirudh.

Shrishti accuses him of caring too much about society. He thinks Shrishti influenced Arshi and asks Arshi to admit it. Arshi says the decision was hers. Shrishti adds that divorce matters more for Anirudh because he wants to marry Jhanak on the same day. Vinayak walks away. Siddharth tries to stop him, but Arshi intervenes. Arshi asks Shrishti if she’s doing the right thing. Shrishti says choosing freedom is the right choice and hugs her. She then asks Siddharth about their future plans, and he shares them.

Later, Anirudh returns home with Jhanak. He asks Dadi what happened. Dadi blames Jhanak for her pain. Jhanak offers to massage her with homemade oil, but Dadi refuses. Anjana tells Jhanak to bring the oil. After Jhanak leaves, Dadi says she slipped in the bathroom and screams in pain. Jhanak returns and tries to convince her to let her help. Dadi stays stubborn.

Bipasha accuses Jhanak of heating the oil on purpose. Jhanak tells her not to stoop so low and promises Dadi will feel better. Mrinalini says Dadi should gift Jhanak if she feels relief. Bablu says Dadi should attend Anirudh and Jhanak’s wedding as a gift. Bipasha taunts him for siding with Jhanak, but Bablu and Anjana scold her. Jhanak massages Dadi.

Dadi admits she feels better and says Jhanak is trying to win hearts because she’ll be the new daughter-in-law. Mrinalini asks her to attend the wedding, adding that Anirudh was never happy with Arshi, but he is with Jhanak. Dadi says she’s grateful to Jhanak. Jhanak asks for her blessings. Dadi agrees to attend the wedding, and Jhanak lights up with joy.
