The Episode starts with the doctor advising Parashar to inform Rishi about Jhanak’s condition and arrange an ambulance immediately. Parashar sends Mangal to make the arrangements. Jhanak insists she is fine and refuses to go to Rishi’s house. Parashar assures her that he is only taking her to the hospital, not to Rishi’s family. He tries to call Rishi, but the call goes unanswered. Jhanak says Rishi will not pick up today because it is his special day. She requests that no one disturb him. Sakhi encourages Jhanak to stay strong, reminding her that she has Nutan’s blessings. Parashar prays that he can get Jhanak safely admitted to the hospital. Sakhi suggests calling Rishi only after Jhanak is settled, and Parashar agrees.
Elsewhere, Anjana becomes emotional, saying she will miss Aditi. Indumati praises Aditi as the Lakshmi of their home. Abhimanyu reminds everyone to proceed with the marriage registration.
Meanwhile, Jhanak recalls Rishi’s words about marrying Aditi and the memories of her own forced marriage with him. Mangal arrives and informs her that the car is ready. Parashar helps Jhanak to the vehicle. Mangal calls Rishi, but Aditi notices the incoming call and quickly disconnects it before switching off the phone.
At the marriage hall, the registrar asks Aditi and Rishi to sign the documents. Aditi signs first, followed by Rishi. The family members clap in celebration. Aniruddh and Arshi sign as Aditi’s witnesses, while Rishi’s relatives sign as his. The registrar officially declares Rishi and Aditi husband and wife.
Anjana then requests Aditi to sing a song. Aditi begins singing “Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai”. Rishi gets lost in memories of Jhanak, but when Aditi invites him to join, he reluctantly sings along. Dadabhai notices his uneasiness and feels awkward about the situation.
Soon after, Parashar arrives at Rishi’s house and asks the servant about the family. The servant casually informs him that everyone has gone out for a marriage and even shares the address of the venue. Surprised, he asks Parashar why he didn’t get an invitation. Puzzled, Parashar wonders aloud if it could really be Rishi’s marriage. Mangal dismisses the thought, saying the servant must be mistaken, as Rishi loves Jhanak deeply. But Parashar reminds him of Aditi’s strong desire to marry Rishi and insists they should confirm. The two set out for the venue.
Back at the hall, Neelu hands garlands to the couple. Rishi and Aditi exchange them as the family showers blessings and applause. Indumati happily declares her joy at seeing Rishi married. She congratulates Tanushri, while Payal remarks that the long-awaited moment has finally arrived. Aditi smiles, holding Rishi’s hand proudly.
Precap: Jhanak tells Parashar that she feels she will soon meet Nutan. Later, Rishi and the family are shocked when an unexpected person arrives at the wedding venue.
