The Episode starts with Aditi voicing her deepest fear — she says that one day, Jhanak might demand her rights as Rishi’s wife. Rishi quickly assures her that he considers the marriage invalid and meaningless. He reminds her that he was forced into marrying Jhanak and that there is no relationship between them. Aditi counters him sharply, asking if that is truly the case, then why is Jhanak still around them.
Meanwhile, Indumati expresses her displeasure at the family for accepting Jhanak’s blood donation. She says they should never have taken her help. Tanushri tries to make her understand, reminding her that Jhanak’s blood was necessary to save Dadabhai’s life. Abhimanyu too acknowledges Jhanak’s sacrifice but suggests they give her money as repayment, so the favor doesn’t remain hanging
Indumati’s frustration grows, and she blames Dadabhai for everything. She even apologizes to Rishi on Dadabhai’s behalf, saying it’s because of him that they are facing so many problems. She adds bitterly that if Dadabhai insists on maintaining his bond with Jhanak, then she will ask him to leave the house, as she cannot tolerate constant drama. Aditi too says that Dadabhai can do as he pleases, but she does not want to be dragged into this mess anymore.
At that moment, Aniruddh tries to calm the situation, but Aditi breaks down and admits that she is getting suicidal thoughts again. Tanushri tries to console her, reminding her that Rishi was forced into the marriage, so none of this was his fault. But Aditi presses further — she demands to know what really happened in Simulboni that made the villagers force Rishi to marry Jhanak. Rishi, annoyed, asks her why she is questioning him now when she already knows the whole truth.
The family’s heated discussion is interrupted when the doctor arrives with some good news. He informs them that Dadabhai has started responding and will be stable soon, though they must wait before meeting him. Everyone thanks the doctor, but he firmly tells them that their gratitude should go to Jhanak, because it was her blood that saved Dadabhai. At that moment, Jhanak enters with Putul. The doctor praises her, but Aditi bitterly remarks that this is exactly what Jhanak wanted — recognition.
Rishi, clearly agitated, taunts Jhanak before asking her to leave, saying she cannot stay there just because she donated blood. Aniruddh intervenes, asking Rishi how he can dismiss the very girl who saved Dadabhai’s life. But Rishi continues to blame Jhanak for all their troubles, holding Aditi’s hand tightly as he tells Putul to send Jhanak away. Hurt, Jhanak quietly tells him that he insults her unnecessarily.
Later, Rishi, Aditi, and Indumati go inside Dadabhai’s room. Aditi scolds Dadabhai for going to Simulboni in the first place, saying he is suffering because of it now. Dadabhai, however, asks about Jhanak. Aditi coldly tells him that she came to meet him, questioning whether that makes him happy. But Dadabhai insists he wants to see Jhanak, repeatedly taking her name, leaving Rishi frustrated.
Outside, Tanushri reminds Jhanak that Rishi was forced into their marriage, and that he truly loves Aditi. She warns her that Rishi and Aditi will marry soon. Jhanak calmly replies that once Dadabhai recovers and returns home, she will go back to her village. Abhimanyu, fed up, says that since Jhanak won’t listen, they should call the police. Jhanak, shocked, asks how he can threaten her in such a situation and pleads with them to stop insulting her.
Just then, Rishi, Aditi, and Indumati return, along with a nurse. The nurse tells Jhanak that Dadabhai keeps taking her name and wants to see her. Aditi snaps that Jhanak has become more important to Dadabhai than his own family.
Precap: Jhanak meets with an accident and gets hospitalized. Rishi rushes there, but his heart is in turmoil — he wonders why he is so restless for Jhanak when he believes he should be with Aditi.
