The Episode starts with Putul agreeing to bring the Kuldevta idol of Jhanak. Jhanak silently regrets leaving the idol at Rishi’s house and feels guilty that she might have disrespected her deity. Soon, Putul returns with the Kuldevta and hands it to Jhanak. Carrying it carefully, Jhanak heads to the hospital temple, where she performs a small pooja, praying with all her heart for Dadabhai’s life. She folds her hands and pleads with the deity to protect him during this critical time.
Inside the hospital, tension rises. A nurse informs Rishi’s family that Dadabhai’s operation cannot proceed without O negative blood, a rare group that isn’t available in any nearby banks. Everyone, including Anirudh and Rishi, desperately tries to arrange it, but every attempt fails. The doctor grows anxious
Just then, Putul and Jhanak walk in. Rishi tells them about Dadabhai’s critical need for O negative blood. Anirudh, surprised, asks when Jhanak came there. Aditi explains that she had visited the previous day and stayed overnight to be near Dadabhai. The doctor bluntly states that without the right blood, they cannot save him. To everyone’s shock, Jhanak quietly steps forward and reveals that her blood group is O negative, offering to donate.
Instead of relief, Rishi reacts harshly. He argues with the doctor, insisting that Jhanak isn’t part of their family and they should look for another donor. Aditi also expresses her distrust, saying Jhanak might use this as an excuse to claim she has done them a favor. Jhanak calmly assures the doctor that she knows her blood group well and is ready to help. Rishi dismisses her, saying if she is wrong, she should leave immediately. The senior doctor intervenes, taking Jhanak along without any further debate, determined to save Dadabhai.
Outside, doubts still linger. Rishi admits to Surjeet that they can’t be sure if Jhanak truly has O negative blood. Aditi adds that if she does, she will boast about saving them. Surjeet, more practical, remarks that nothing else matters if Dadabhai’s life is saved. Meanwhile, Putul overhears the conversation and later tells Jhanak she will always remain indebted to her for this sacrifice. Jhanak humbly responds that she is just grateful she could help. She praises Nutan, recalling the good she did for Simulboni, and expresses her wish to be like her mother one day. She explains to Putul that to achieve her dreams, she must complete her education. Most importantly, she promises she will never come between Aditi and Rishi.
Later, Rishi confesses to Anirudh that he feels scared. Indumati comments bitterly that ever since Jhanak entered their lives, troubles have followed. Aditi adds that Jhanak might now try to use this as leverage to claim her rights as Rishi’s wife. Rishi reassures her that only she matters to him.
Precap: Jhanak is seen meeting with an accident. Rishi rushes to the hospital to see her, only to question himself — why is he here when his heart should be with Aditi?
