The Episode starts with Jhanak determined to guard the house. She prays to God to send the city thief soon. When the doorbell rings, she thinks her wish is fulfilled. Anirudh asks her to open the door. She asks who he is, and he asks her the same. Jhanak says her name is Phooldevi and finally opens the door. They stare at each other, feeling something. Anirudh asks her identity again, but she refuses to tell.

Anirudh asks if everyone has left. Jhanak sees the sweet box in his hand and accuses him of bribing her to steal things. Anirudh denies being a thief, but seeing a stick in her hand, decides to leave. Jhanak orders him to sit on a chair and close his eyes. She ties him up. Anirudh protests, but she shuts him up and ties his mouth too. She tastes the sweets, says they are delicious but not like her village sweets. Anirudh wonders why he’s scared of this little girl.

Jhanak then takes two sleeping pills and warns him not to act smart. She sits opposite him but dozes off. Anirudh struggles to free himself.

Elsewhere, Rishi surprises Aditi outside her college with a flower bouquet and an engagement ring. He slips the ring on her finger, and Aditi tells him it’s not romantic. Rishi says this is romance for him, and they smile.

At home, Putul arrives and rings the bell repeatedly. Getting no response, she calls her father. Dadabhai comes and Putul tells him Jhanak isn’t opening the door. Surjeet suggests breaking it and calls Rishi. Abhimanyu tells Rishi to come home urgently but doesn’t explain. Rishi worries if Jhanak told the family something.

Rishi reaches and breaks the door. Inside, they find Anirudh tied up and Jhanak unconscious. Rishi unties Anirudh while Indumati asks who did this. Tanushri checks Jhanak, wondering what happened to her. Dadabhai apologises to Anirudh. Anirudh explains that Jhanak thought he was a thief and tied him up. He calls her a sweet girl and asks them not to scold her. Dadabhai tells Anirudh that Jhanak is their maid from the village. Anirudh defends her, saying she did nothing wrong. Surjeet checks Jhanak and finds her normal. Tanushri splashes water on her face. Jhanak wakes up and reveals she took Dadabhai’s sleeping pills. Anirudh tells her he isn’t a thief but Aditi’s father. Jhanak gets shocked and apologises. Anirudh smiles at her innocence.

Meanwhile, Pihu visits Ishani and hugs her tightly. Pihu apologises and asks Ishani to come home. She shares what Jeet did to her. Ishani consoles Pihu, saying she shouldn’t blame herself. Pihu says Ishani did nothing wrong in the past and promises to support her. Ishani refuses to return to Shashvat House but says Pihu can visit anytime. Pihu hugs her again, calling her her favourite.

Precap: Rishi tells Jhanak to go back to her village. Dadabhai says she could have died. Jhanak says that would have been better.
