The Episode starts with Rishi suggesting a trip to Aditi. She admits that after their marriage, many plans never materialized and wants to discuss something important. Rishi hesitates, thinking the topic is delicate, and internally admits he still misses Jhanak. Aditi asks if he ever had feelings for Jhanak. Rishi denies it, explaining that he wanted to contact Jhanak when she left without notice but never did, and she didn’t reach out either. They settle on a two- to three-day mountain trip, and Rishi tells her that questions about Aniruddh being Jhanak’s father can only be answered by Aniruddh and Nutan.
Aditi expresses concern about fairness and whether she’s losing out in any way, but Rishi reassures her that his heart is with her. They agree to focus on their relationship and enjoy the upcoming trip.
Meanwhile, Rishi receives a call from Jhanak’s teacher inviting him to a program honoring Jhanak for excelling in her exams. He declines, citing his busy schedule, and doesn’t mention her name to Aditi when explaining the call. Afterward, Aditi asks for a kiss, which Rishi gives before leaving.
In Simulboni, Jhanak and her friends prepare for school. Kanka doubts that Rishi will attend the program, but Jhanak calms her. Parashar and Mangal support Jhanak and encourage her to enjoy the special day.
Back home, Aditi checks if Rishi will attend the program. He refuses, claiming a meeting with senior officers, but promises to take leave for the trip if needed. Aditi plans to cook for him and goes shopping with Neelu, expressing happiness at having Rishi by her side. Before leaving, she insists on a hug, which Rishi gives, mentally preparing himself to attend Jhanak’s program despite the risk and his lingering feelings for her.
Meanwhile, Tanushri confides to Indumati about her unease, worried about Jhanak. Indumati reassures her that Jhanak won’t return and nothing can come between Rishi and Aditi. Dadabhai tries calling Rishi, but he doesn’t answer.
At Simulboni, Jhanak and the students arrive at school, where the teacher warmly welcomes them.
Precap: Jhanak confronts Rishi, asking why he came when she has cut all ties. Rishi confesses that he loves her.
