The Episode starts with Rishi confronting Krishnendu, telling him that something wrong did happen to him in Simulboni. Krishnendu urges Rishi to reveal the truth if he wants to prove his innocence and asks if he has told Aditi everything. Rishi says he knows Krishnendu called Aditi. Krishnendu warns that Aditi might cancel their wedding after learning the truth. Rishi threatens him not to interfere. Krishnendu demands fifty lakh rupees to keep quiet. Rishi insists nothing happened.
Krishnendu taunts Rishi, asking if he wants him to call Aditi’s family. He says Rishi is scared of him. Rishi warns him again, but Krishnendu replies that he is ready to face any consequences and that they won’t be good for Rishi either. He tells Rishi he will hand over the documents only after getting the money. Rishi
Later, Mishti calls Jhanak to join the photos, but Rishi scolds her, saying Jhanak should stick to her work. Indumati asks Rishi not to get angry, at least today, and calls Jhanak. Neelu tells Indumati there is no need to involve Jhanak in everything as she is just a maid. Rishi silently prays that Krishnendu has no proof against him. He recalls how he was forced to marry Jhanak and thinks he can’t lose Aditi. Restless, he wonders when this ritual will end. Varun teases him, saying it has only begun. Neelu applies haldi to Rishi.
Putul notices Jhanak looking sad and asks her why. Jhanak lies that she is fine. Putul tells Jhanak to go and apply haldi to Rishi. She adds that she herself got married last year, and now her marriage is ending, so she doesn’t want to bring bad luck to Rishi. Jhanak tells Putul not to say such things and insists she is his sister and should apply haldi. Putul asks if Jhanak will visit them after going back to her village. Jhanak says she doesn’t know as her life is different, but she will talk over the phone. Putul says Dadabhai will miss Jhanak the most. Jhanak tearfully replies that she will come to meet Dadabhai after becoming something in life. She adds that she never saw her own father and respects Dadabhai deeply. They hug emotionally.
Meanwhile, at Aditi’s house, Arshi tells Anjana they are ready but the haldi hasn’t arrived yet from Rishi’s family. Aniruddh worries about everything being on time, but Anjana calms him.
In the village, Bua scolds Nutan for planning to go to the city with Parashar. Kanka teases that Nutan will never lose a chance to go out with Parashar. Parashar asks why they are upset. Nutan tells Bua she is going only for her daughter and requests her not to create drama today. Parashar tells Bua that he wants to settle in the city with Nutan. Mangal supports the idea.
Back at Rishi’s house, Aditi and Arshi dance happily. Aditi hugs Aniruddh with joy. Meanwhile, ladies dance at Rishi’s haldi ceremony. Mishti drags Jhanak to dance. Jhanak dances while looking at Rishi, tears rolling down her cheeks.
Recap: Rishi warns Jhanak not to cross her limits as she will be sent back to her village in a few days. Meanwhile, Parashar arrives in Kolkata with Nutan.
