The Episode starts with Jhanak sharing her feelings with Putul. Her heart aches for Aditi, as she insists that Aditi has done nothing wrong. Jhanak says she truly wants Rishi to marry Aditi because, in her eyes, Rishi holds no place in her life. With tears in her eyes, she goes to speak with Nutan, overwhelmed by her emotions.
Meanwhile, Parashar confronts Nutan, questioning why she allowed Jhanak to travel alone given her vulnerable state. Nutan explains that Jhanak did not listen to her advice. Parashar reminds Nutan that Dadabhai is Jhanak’s in-law, which makes it his responsibility to visit him during such a time. Nutan agrees with his concern. He asks Nutan to inform Jhanak about his decision, but Nutan explains that Jhanak hasn’t called her since reaching Kolkata. She adds that Rishi’s in-laws have shown immense love towards Jhanak. Parashar predicts that even Rishi will eventually grow to love Jhanak because of her special nature.
Just then, Nutan receives Jhanak’s call. Relieved, she asks if Jhanak has safely reached Kolkata before passing the phone to Parashar. Parashar immediately asks about Dadabhai’s condition. Jhanak informs him that the surgery hasn’t yet started because Dadabhai is too weak. She explains she stayed with him, which is why she couldn’t call earlier. Parashar comforts her, saying everything will turn out fine, and assures her that Dadabhai will recover soon. He further tells her that he will be traveling to Kolkata the next day to be with Dadabhai. Jhanak gently insists that it isn’t necessary, but Parashar is determined, saying it’s his duty to stand by Dadabhai in this difficult time. Before Jhanak can protest further, he disconnects the call.
Jhanak then tells Putul that Parashar and Nutan are planning to come to Kolkata. Putul encourages her to let them come, but Jhanak admits that she hasn’t revealed the full truth to her family yet. Putul reassures her that she won’t let anyone disrespect Jhanak’s family under any circumstances.
At the hospital, Indumati breaks down in tears, lamenting that her husband is her whole world. Tanushri tries to console her, while Indumati says she misses her son Riddhiman terribly. Payal, however, reminds her that Riddhiman has distanced himself by choice. Indumati sighs, saying that’s the reason she poured all her love into Rishi instead.
Rishi anxiously asks Surjeet about the surgery’s progress. Surjeet explains that it’s a highly critical operation and will take time. Abhimanyu then questions Rishi about Aditi. Rishi vents his frustration, blaming Jhanak for ruining everything. He wants to know if Jhanak has left, but Surjeet tells him that Jhanak is still with Putul and will not leave without seeing Dadabhai. Rishi despairs, wondering how he can convince Aditi when his family openly supports Jhanak. Shockingly, he reveals that he even told Aditi he would leave his family for her. Both Abhimanyu and Surjeet are stunned. Abhimanyu warns him not to make rash decisions, but Rishi insists he may have no other option. Before the tension can rise further, Aniruddh arrives and assures them that Dadabhai’s condition will improve.
On the other side, Jhanak tells Putul that nothing bad will happen to Dadabhai. She requests Putul to bring her Kuldevta from home, explaining that her deity has always fulfilled her prayers. Putul agrees wholeheartedly, promising to bring it.
Precap: At the hospital, Aniruddh questions Phool’s sudden presence. Aditi explains that Phool came to visit Dadabhai and stayed. Just then, the doctor announces they need O negative blood urgently to save Dadabhai. Phool steps forward, revealing her blood group is O negative, and she’s willing to donate.
