The Episode starts with Jhanak confronting Rishi. She boldly declares that for her villagers, she dressed up as his wife and even applied vermilion in his name. But she makes it clear that in her eyes, Rishi does not deserve that place in her life. She reminds him that she, too, was forced into this marriage and questions why he always blames her alone. With a firm voice, she tells him never to forget that he is unworthy of her. Jhanak then picks up her bag and walks away, with Putul following behind.
Meanwhile, Aditi grows restless and questions the silence around her. Indumati gently explains that since they are in a hospital, no one can afford to take risks with Dadabhai’s health. She assures Aditi that no one is supporting Jhanak, urging her to understand the situation. Aditi, however, remains
Outside the hospital, Rishi pleads with Aditi to hear him out. He suggests they leave the city together. But Aditi refuses, questioning why she should abandon her career and lifestyle just because of Jhanak’s presence. She angrily recalls how he didn’t call her when the villagers forced the marriage, and she says she cannot take the humiliation anymore. Rishi insists that she knows the depth of his love and explains that villagers had snatched his phone away, making it impossible for him to reach her. He begs her not to believe that he married Jhanak willingly. But Aditi tells him to stop trying to make her feel guilty.
Rishi then promises he will keep his distance if that’s what she wants. Yet Aditi argues that it changes nothing. Rishi explains that he never knew Dadabhai had wished to meet Jhanak and emphasizes that Aditi is the most important person in his life. He even declares he is ready to leave his family for her. But Aditi isn’t convinced. She warns that even if they move, there’s no guarantee Jhanak won’t follow. Broken and emotional, Rishi calls himself a liar and characterless, saying he doesn’t deserve her love at all. He even threatens to disappear from her life.
Aditi, shaken by his words, asks him to stop. She insists she has not broken his trust. Rishi, still distressed, tells her to do whatever she wants because he doesn’t deserve to be with her. Aditi confesses that she herself is unable to behave normally anymore. After much back and forth, she agrees to accompany him to see a psychiatrist. Rishi reassures her that everything will be fine and softly asks if she loves him. Aditi nods and hugs him, showing she still cares despite the chaos.
Elsewhere, Jhanak talks to Putul. Putul warns her not to reveal anything to Dadabhai, but Jhanak feels she must discuss it with Nutan. Putul reminds her not to take Rishi’s harsh words to heart. Jhanak firmly replies that his words no longer affect her. When Putul asks if Rishi holds any special place in her heart, Jhanak retorts that he never has and never will. For her, Rishi means nothing, and she would rather see him marry Aditi.
Precap: Jhanak shocks everyone by declaring that she will donate blood to Dadabhai.
