The Episode starts with an emotional moment in the hospital. Jhanak tells Dadabhai that she will stay with him and take care of him, since only one person is allowed near the patient. Putul reminds her that the family will never allow it, but Jhanak insists she doesn’t care about the opposition—her only concern is Dadabhai’s health. Hearing this, Dadabhai tells Putul that he will personally speak to the doctor because he wants Jhanak to be the one by his side. With warmth in his eyes, he tells Jhanak that one day she must enter his house with dignity and self-respect. Jhanak gently asks him not to talk too much and focus on resting. With a smile, Dadabhai tells Putul that his “mother” has come to look after him.
Putul playfully says she feels jealous, and Dadabhai responds that he loves all three of his daughters equally. Jhanak becomes emotional, confessing that her real father never accepted her, so Dadabhai’s words feel priceless. She tells Putul that one day she will confront her biological father and ask why he rejected her, though she has no desire to accept him now. Putul wonders how she will ever find him, but Jhanak is certain destiny will guide her.
Dadabhai tells her not to dwell on that pain right now. Jhanak then says she must continue fighting for Nutan’s honor and self-respect. Proudly, Dadabhai assures her that she will succeed. Putul steps out to bring food for Jhanak, while Jhanak encourages Dadabhai to get some rest.
On the other side, Aditi talks to Rishi’s family. She warns them not to give each other false hopes. Abhimanyu reminds her that they consider her their daughter-in-law. Surjeet says Aditi herself knows what happened in Simulboni. But Aditi, more detached than before, says she doesn’t care what is right or wrong anymore. She explains that villagers came to their house because Jhanak is Rishi’s wife.
Rishi immediately interrupts, declaring that marriage means nothing to him and is invalid. Aditi questions him about whether he took any steps to cancel it. Rishi admits he didn’t, since it was a forced marriage. He even told Dadabhai that he was ready to give money to settle the matter. This angers Aditi, who asks what right he had to offer money. Rishi justifies it by saying it was out of humanity, not acceptance. Aditi ends the heated discussion, saying she only wants to see Dadabhai now. Rishi, eager to win back her trust, asks what he can do. Aditi says she will be fine one day and walks inside with him.
Meanwhile, Putul tells Jhanak they should go to the canteen to eat. Jhanak hesitates to leave Dadabhai alone, but he reassures her. When Jhanak steps out, she comes face-to-face with Rishi and Aditi. Aditi taunts her for not returning to the village. Rishi calls her shameless like her people. Jhanak calmly replies that if she wanted, she could have fought for her rights as his wife, but she chose not to. She makes it clear that she only came to see Dadabhai.
Aditi, angered, tries to drag Jhanak out. In the scuffle, Jhanak’s bag falls, spilling vermilion and bangles. Neelu questions why Jhanak carries these things. Tanushri orders her to leave, but Jhanak refuses. She firmly states she will not leave until Dadabhai recovers. Looking at Aditi, Jhanak says she doesn’t owe her any explanation.
Precap: Anirudh sees Phool in the hospital. She says her blood group is O-negative, and she is ready to donate blood to save Dadabhai.
