The Episode starts with Aditya getting Jhanak to the hospital. He shouts to call the doctor. He asks did this pain happen for the first time. She says no, it happened in Kolkata also, I didn’t know this will happen. He says everything will get fine, how can I leave you alone at the hotel, would you leave me alone if I was in your place. He asks her not to worry. She says Anirudh didn’t help me, maybe that’s why, the baby’s heart broke and he wants to leave me. He says no. She says no, I can feel it, mum used to love me a lot, she gave this sacrifice for me. He says don’t worry about treatment cost, I will take money back when you reach at a good position, don’t stop me, I worry for you, Jhanak, you have come into this world to do big things. She says I know, but I have just faced tough things, why do I have to tolerate all this, I don’t know who is my dad, mum left me, and now Anirudh is refusing to accept this baby. He says calm down, you will know your dad’s identity, he will come and say sorry to you.

Lalon asks everyone to stop the rasams, its time for Appu’s medicines. Kajal gets medicine for Appu. Appu takes it and says I feel sleepy. The lady says you have to exchange garlands and then Lalon will feed you sweets. Appu says I like sweets. Lalon sees the ladies laughing at Appu. Lalon praises Appu and asks the ladies to stop the rasams. Kajal says we should go now, Appu can sleep. The ladies insist. Jhanak asks Aditya how can you say this with surety. Aditya recalls Rudra’s words. He says I just said it. She says what will I do of that sorry. He says you will get what’s yours, believe me. She says I don’t know what will happen today, if I die, if this baby is alive then will you take care of baby, will you leave the baby to the orphanage, I refused to your offer, I m asking you to take care of my baby, give him a good life, tell him the truth when he grows up. Aditya says okay, I promise, I will take care of your baby, along with you, I will give him my name, I know you don’t like me, but I love you, I m ready to accept your baby. She says person loves only once in life, I had been in love, I love Anirudh a lot. Lalon argues with the ladies. Kajal says Appu is your wife, she loves you, she should give you respect.

Kajal wets Appu’s hair and asks her to clean Lalon’s feet with her hair. Appu does so. Aditya takes Jhanak inside. He asks nurse to just rush. The ladies ask Appu to bow down to Lalon. Kajal hears the ladies gossiping and says Lalon married Appu because he loves her, nothing will change if you say that. She asks them to leave. Doctor asks Jhanak what’s the problem. The nurse makes Jhanak lie down. Jhanak complains of stomach ache. Aditya fills the form. He asks can I go inside emergency ward. The lady says yes, but diagnosis would be going on there. Lalon asks Kajal to have sweets. Kajal says you shouldn’t care about it, wind this up soon, I have to go school tomorrow. She asks Appu and Lalon to exchange garlands. Appu and Lalon exchange garlands. Kajal cries. Doctor says you are pregnant, how many months. Jhanak says 3 months. Doctor asks did you get the tests done, do you have the reports, we have to do some tests now to understand the situation, get admitted today. Aditya comes and asks about Jhanak. Doctor says we have to get some tests done, I don’t think this pregnancy exists. Jhanak and Aditya are shocked. Lalon and Appu have sweets. Appu asks Kajal to stay back. Kajal asks why are you stopping me. Appu says you can sleep with me, we will make Lalon aside. Kajal says take care, I will come tomorrow to meet you. Lalon asks her to have food before going. Kajal leaves. Appu says she might be angry on you, she loves me a lot. Lalon says everyone loves Kajal, she is a solid girl, I didn’t upset her and asked her to have food. Kajal hears them and cries. Appu says I will scold her a lot tomorrow. Lalon asks her to sleep. He sings a lullaby for her. Appu sleeps. He kisses her. She wakes up and asks did you kiss me. He asks why, can’t I give a kiss, are you angry. She says no, my mum also used to kiss me like that, I liked it, sing again. He sings. Kajal cries. Appu sleeps. Aditya says you mean she isn’t pregnant. Doctor says I want to rule out the confusion, we will get the tests done, admit her. Aditya says okay, thanks. He asks the nurse to get the best private ward for Jhanak. Jhanak says no. He asks her to wait. Jhanak worries.

Aditya calls Anirudh and says Jhanak’s condition is bad, we had to admit her in the hospital, come to Mumbai soon. Anirudh says I m coming. Arshi asks Anirudh when did you come. He thinks I have to lie for Jhanak’s sake.
