The Episode starts with Arshi questioning why Jhanak is at the hospital. Aniruddh insists she cannot enter Aditi’s room since Aditi cannot see her, while Rishi reassures everyone that Jhanak won’t go inside. Tanushri questions why he even called Jhanak. Indumati scolds Jhanak for showing up, but Rishi explains that she has come to donate blood to save Aditi. Arshi refuses to allow Jhanak to do so, while Rishi points out that their blood groups match because they are both Aniruddh’s daughters.
Meanwhile, Anjana and Bablu reflect on past events when Nutan was wrongly accused of causing Aditi’s death. Bablu notes the irony that Nutan once saved Aditi, and now Jhanak is stepping in to do the same. Anjana suggests that Nutan must be watching them from above, and Bablu nods in agreement.
At the hospital, Rishi firmly tells everyone not to interfere as he is determined to save his wife. Aniruddh protests, claiming Jhanak is not his daughter, and Arshi expresses distrust, fearing Aditi could be harmed. Jhanak insists she will leave only after ensuring Aditi’s safety. Surjeet, the doctor, confirms Jhanak is the donor and takes her inside to draw her blood.
Later, a nurse asks Jhanak to eat something, and she instructs Putul to look after her. Rishi asks Putul to take Jhanak to the canteen, assuring her he will check on Aditi afterward. Jhanak tells Rishi to focus on Aditi and not follow them. They share a heartfelt exchange where Jhanak reminds Rishi that she acted for her sister alone, and Rishi silently promises to keep Aditi happy.
Arshi and Aniruddh return, questioning Rishi’s interaction with Jhanak. Jhanak calmly asserts she wants nothing from Aniruddh and tells Rishi not to forget her words. She warns Aniruddh that one day he will beg for her acceptance as a daughter, but she will never forgive him, affirming that Nutan is her true parent.
After leaving, Jhanak asks Rishi to focus on Aditi and avoid caring for other women. The doctor announces that Aditi is out of danger, and everyone thanks Jhanak for her selfless act. Putul notices Jhanak has left for Simulboni, hoping to pursue her NEET dreams. Rishi silently wishes her the best and reflects on the possibility of confessing his love to her one day.
Jhanak, now in Simulboni, shares her plans with Parashar: she will open a clinic if she becomes a doctor. She resolves not to get involved with Rishi again, wishing him a happy and peaceful life.
Precap: Jhanak’s teacher asks for Rishi’s contact to invite him for an event. Meanwhile, Rishi reassures Aditi that his heart belongs to her, and Aditi affirms that no one can come between them.
