Jhanak 16th November 2025 Written Episode Update: Jhanak on Trial

Jhanak 16th November 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

The episode begins with Arshi declaring that this is the day Jhanak’s wings will finally be clipped. She tells Aniruddh that she will ruin Jhanak’s life for daring to disturb Aditi’s. Aniruddh, already exhausted by the repeated scandals, says even he can’t tolerate Jhanak anymore. Arshi reminds him how Jhanak once claimed him as her father and is now calling Rishi her husband—she vows not to stay quiet.

Elsewhere, Dev questions Ayush for supporting Jhanak. He warns that the matter has exploded because the media got involved. When he asks whether Ayush is in love with her, Ayush admits he admires her innocence but nothing more. He supported her because she is a fighter, but now the entire college has misunderstood him too. Dev says only the principal’s meeting will decide their fate.

At

the college meeting, the principal lashes out at Jhanak for damaging the institution’s reputation. He says Aditi has come seeking justice because Jhanak claimed Rishi as her husband and that students no longer want Jhanak and Ayush on campus. He mocks her for using Indrani’s influence to get a seat in the hostel.

The Dean asks students and professors what action they expect. He directly asks if they want Jhanak rusticated. A professor urges a fair inquiry committee, arguing that only the room footage exists and no one truly knows what happened inside. Aniruddh insists the video is proof enough. Dev counters that only the locked room is seen, and Ayush is stating he took a sick Jhanak to the medical room. The principal refuses to hear more and announces that both Jhanak and Ayush will be rusticated. Jhanak breaks down in tears.

The Dean then asks Rishi if he is indeed Jhanak’s husband. Rishi firmly says Aditi is his wife. Aditi reveals the story of the forced marriage and says there is no relationship between Rishi and Jhanak anymore. The Dean questions why Rishi became her guardian. Rishi says he merely wanted to support a talented student but will withdraw his name immediately. He harshly asks the principal to punish her. Aniruddh accuses Jhanak of trying to wreck Aditi’s marriage.

The professor tries stopping them, insisting personal issues should remain out of this. She demands an investigation into who locked the medical room door. Arshi says punishment is what Jhanak deserves. Aniruddh adds that she can trap anyone. Jhanak raises her voice, saying she will prove that Aniruddh is her father. She explains that her drink was spiked and begs them to watch the CCTV footage.

Mishti denies everything. Jhanak calls her out. The Dean shuts Jhanak down again. Ayush finally steps forward, stating clearly that Mishti and her friends locked the room from outside. The professor stresses that only the inquiry committee can decide.

Knowing Rishi’s guardian withdrawal will cost her education, Jhanak folds her hands and pleads with him. Rishi pushes her away, shouting at her to shut up. He says she has no right to study and accuses her of joining college only to misbehave with strangers. Jhanak asks if he truly believes she could do such a thing. Ayush tells Rishi to stop. Dev tells him pushing her was wrong. But Jhanak steels herself—she says she came to Kolkata alone and will fight alone. If she loses, she will return to Simulboni. Destiny will decide the rest.

Later, in the cafeteria, Rishi confides in Sanjhbati that he only helped Jhanak because he saw fire in her and wanted her to become a doctor and inspire other girls. Sanjhbati calmly tells him the truth: he loves Jhanak, and his hurt feelings come from possession, not compassion.

Precap: Rishi rushes to the college, worried for Jhanak. A bomb blast erupts just as he enters. Jhanak screams his name in terror.
