The Episode starts with Jhanak confessing to Nutan and Parashar that, although Rishi may not have accepted her as his wife, her heart has accepted him as her husband. Tears roll down her cheeks as she pours out her emotions. Parashar asks if this means his daughter will spend her life crying at their home, while Nutan remarks that their fates are intertwined. Determined, Jhanak tells Nutan she will study hard and prove herself in a village where she can accomplish anything. When Parashar questions whom she wants to prove herself to, Jhanak replies that she wants to prove everyone, but he insists her heart’s intent is to win Rishi’s acknowledgment. Jhanak quickly denies it, emphasizing she isn’t trying to force Rishi’s feelings.

Parashar suggests Rishi should answer for himself, but Jhanak

asks him not to confront Rishi, pointing out that it’s not his fault. She explains that Rishi’s family is willing to accept her, but he is in love with Aditi and is being pressured by the villagers to marry her. She insists they should not blame Rishi or his family. Nutan observes that Jhanak’s feelings for Rishi prevent her from hearing any criticism against him. Parashar adds that Rishi should love Jhanak because he is married to her, leaving Jhanak shocked and questioning his statement. Both Parashar and Nutan fall silent.

At the hospital, Rishi and his family anxiously discuss Dadabhai’s health. Doctors deliberate over the surgery, and the family weighs their options carefully. Putul requests permission to meet her father, while her sister blames her for Dadabhai’s deteriorating condition. Putul defends herself, and the family urges them not to argue. After some discussion, Putul is allowed to see Dadabhai.

Breaking down in front of her father, Putul blames herself for his condition. Dadabhai reassures her, telling her not to carry the guilt and encouraging her to stay strong, promising that he will recover. He also instructs Putul to take care of her mother if anything happens to him, asking her to be practical. Putul is overcome with emotion and pleads with him not to speak of such possibilities.

Back in the village, Nutan notices Jhanak lost in thought and encourages her to pursue her goals. Their conversation shifts to Rishi and his family. Jhanak insists she doesn’t love Rishi and shares her appreciation for Dadabhai’s efforts to help her. Nutan believes Rishi will return to her because she genuinely cares for him, but Jhanak questions why her father hasn’t returned, leaving Nutan speechless. She recalls her last conversation with Anirudha and becomes melancholic. Jhanak expresses that she doesn’t rely on these notions and hopes Rishi and Aditi will marry, while also highlighting her special bond with Dadabhai.

Meanwhile, Dadabhai instructs Putul to bring his cheque book, wanting Jhanak to have funds for her hostel stay in Kolkata so she can continue her studies. He asks Putul to arrange a meeting with Jhanak and assures her that Rishi will not intervene, as the hospital is public property. Jhanak also declares to Nutan that she will not marry anyone, having wholly accepted her marriage with Rishi, leaving Nutan saddened.

Precap: Rishi informs Aditi about Dadabhai’s heart attack. She rushes to the hospital, unaware that Jhanak has also arrived. Rishi is shocked and anxious about Aditi seeing Jhanak.
