The Episode starts with Bablu expressing his wish for Anirudh to get divorced soon so he can marry Jhanak. He mentions that since Arshi has left the house, getting the divorce should be easier now. Mrinalini joins in, saying they’re all set to begin the wedding preparations. Jhanak, still unsure, asks if Arshi has really made her final decision. Anirudh firmly tells Jhanak that his decision is made — he won’t go back to Arshi, even if she wants to return. Bablu is confident, saying Arshi’s departure itself means she’s ready for the divorce. Jhanak then sweetly asks everyone what they’d like to drink.
Anirudh jokingly warns them not to ask for juice since it’s more healthy than tasty. Jhanak reveals she cooked upma for the day. Bablu’s eyes light up — it’s his favorite dish! Anjana
Mrinalini encourages Jhanak to speak up against anything unfair and not tolerate mistreatment. Jhanak softly says she should stay there. Mrinalini comforts her, reminding her that Arshi has moved on with Siddharth, and Anirudh has chosen Jhanak. She asks Jhanak to have faith in Anirudh. They want the wedding to be unforgettable. She announces that today, they’ll take Anirudh and Jhanak to the Bose house.
Elsewhere, Appu reads a heartfelt letter written by Kajol. Kajol gets emotional hearing it. Appu insists she won’t go to the hospital today. Kajol says things will be better by tomorrow. Appu says she wants to meet Jhanak, and tells Kajol to leave once she passes away. Kajol scolds her gently, refusing to listen to such talk. She knows she has to fight for Appu, who has now become someone very dear to her.
Jhimli cheekily says she used to be Kajol’s favorite, but now Appu has stolen the spotlight. Kajol explains that Appu is pure and innocent. Lalon says Kajol has given everything to Appu. He’s about to leave for work when Appu stops him and asks Kajol not to go either. Lalon says Appu loves Kajol the most. Appu shyly denies it. Kajol says Lalon’s love is Appu’s strength. He looks at her warmly, and she smiles back.
Later, Anirudh arrives at his house with Jhanak. Mimi is overjoyed to see Jhanak and gives her a warm hug. Anirudh looks at his parents and says he didn’t want to come back because he feared they might insult Jhanak behind his back. He asks them to be honest and say whatever they need to. Shubh tells him that legally, Arshi is still his wife. Anirudh clarifies that Jhanak hasn’t come as his wife yet — there’s a time for everything, and marriage will happen then.
Amitabh surprises everyone by saying Jhanak is the right match for Anirudh and will keep him happy. He gives his blessing. Jhanak humbly takes his blessings. Anirudh then turns to Dadi and asks if she has anything to say. Dadi replies that her opinion hardly matters now. She tells him it’s his life and his decision. However, she clearly states she won’t ever accept Jhanak. Bablu steps in and urges Anirudh to finalize both his divorce and wedding dates. Anjana adds that Jhanak will bring happiness into this house and into Anirudh’s life. Jhanak takes blessings from both Anirudh and Anjana.
Anirudh asks his parents if they will ever truly accept this marriage. Tanuja says they’re only agreeing for his sake. Choton points out that Arshi and Anirudh have chosen their own paths. Anirudh firmly says the wedding will happen. Shubh, sounding disappointed, asks why Anirudh needs their approval when he already has so many people standing by him. Amitabh says he’ll speak to the priest about setting the date. Tanuja questions what will happen if the divorce doesn’t go through before then. Anirudh says he’ll talk to Arshi directly. Tanuja blames Jhanak for Arshi leaving. Jhanak calmly says Arshi made her own decision. Anirudh warns that if they continue insulting Jhanak, he’ll leave the house again. Tanuja asks if he’s trying to emotionally blackmail them. Anirudh says he just won’t tolerate anyone humiliating Jhanak.
Laal chooses to stay neutral, saying it’s Anirudh’s life and he wishes the couple well. Anirudh taunts him, saying Laal changed after Bipasha betrayed him. He turns to Bipasha and assures her they won’t take revenge. Bipasha says she did everything for his good. Anirudh mockingly tells her to mind her own life. Bipasha asks how he could insult her in front of Jhanak. He bluntly says he did it because he wanted to. Rimi declares she won’t accept Jhanak as her sister-in-law. Anirudh shoots back, saying Jhanak won’t show her any respect either. He tells Jhanak to relax and not take any kitchen responsibilities. He advises her to respect only those who treat her with kindness. Jhanak looks at Anirudh.

Arshi discusses her case with her lawyer and insists she wants freedom from her marriage. Siddharth agrees, but suggests they make Anirudh suffer before the divorce. Meanwhile, Anirudh tells Jhanak that he finally feels peace and happiness again.
