The Episode starts with Jhanak sharing with Putul that she feels upset because everyone misunderstood her. Putul reassures her that one day people will understand the truth and respect her, but Jhanak wishes for normalcy and everyone’s happiness instead.
Meanwhile, Indumati worries about Aditi. Surjeet insists he’ll break the door if she doesn’t open it. Tanushri stops Dadabhai from going upstairs, suspecting he only cares for Jhanak, but he denies it. As everyone knocks on the door, Jhanak and Putul hear the commotion. Dadabhai explains Aditi isn’t responding. Jhanak asks Putul to call Rishi and heads upstairs with Dadabhai.
Putul informs Rishi, who immediately sets off. Indumati blames Jhanak for the chaos, but Jhanak insists they must focus on Aditi. Surjeet questions why Aditi was left alone after a fight with Rishi. Jhanak breaks the backdoor to enter the room and finds Aditi unconscious. She screams in shock. Rishi helps open the door, and everyone is alarmed by Aditi’s condition. Tanushri scolds Jhanak, but Putul reassures her she isn’t to blame.
Concern grows as Surjeet notes Aditi’s weak pulse. They rush her to the hospital. Neelu calls Arshi, explaining the situation. Back home, Arshi berates Anjana and Bablu for revealing the truth to Aditi, claiming it pushed her over the edge. She warns that she won’t spare anyone if anything happens to her daughter.
At the hospital, doctors begin treatment as Arshi and Aniruddh arrive. Arshi blames Rishi’s family for pressuring Aditi, while Tanushri explains that Aditi went into shock after learning her childhood truth. Arshi criticizes keeping Jhanak in the house, believing it caused Aditi’s suffering.
Jhanak blames herself for the incident and regrets revealing the truth, but Putul consoles her, reminding her that Anjana told Aditi first. Jhanak expresses her hope that Aditi will recover and decides she doesn’t want to leave under these circumstances, despite potential disapproval from Dadabhai and Rishi.
Rishi empathizes with Arshi and Aniruddh’s pain but shares that he is also suffering because Aditi is his wife. Aniruddh points out that Rishi never truly gave Aditi her rightful place, which led to this drastic step. Tanushri urges everyone to remain calm and focus on prayers for Aditi rather than assigning blame. Neelu updates them that the nurse asked about matching blood groups, and Arshi realizes their blood group doesn’t match Aditi’s.
Precap: Rishi informs Putul that they need O-negative blood to save Aditi. Jhanak overhears and immediately volunteers, revealing her blood group is O-negative, ready to donate to Aditi.
