The Episode starts with Jhanak standing tall and speaking from her heart. She says a girl can achieve anything if she is given the same opportunity as a boy. She thanks Indrani for helping her secure a hostel room and expresses gratitude to everyone who supported her. Sanjhbati beams with pride, but Aditi brushes it off, calling it an unnecessary speech for a simple debate competition. Later, Rishi prepares to drop Sanjhbati home. Aditi tries to join but Rishi gently refuses, telling her to rest. She complains that her parents left because they couldn’t stand the sight of Jhanak and insists Jhanak didn’t deserve to win. Rishi calmly corrects her — the judges chose fairly, and Jhanak worked hard. Aditi fumes that Indrani’s prize announcement was biased.
As Rishi and Sanjhbati leave, they find Jhanak nearby. Rishi happily calls her. Jhanak shyly compliments Sanjhbati’s soulful performance; Sanjhbati returns the compliment, admiring Jhanak’s dance. Jhanak adds softly that Sanjhbati feels different from the cold faces she has seen in the city — warm, kind, familiar. Rishi explains that people judge her just because she comes from a village, which is why she feels this way. He proudly tells Jhanak he is genuinely happy for her win.
Sanjhbati laughs that Rishi has been singing her praises endlessly. Jhanak blushes, unused to such warmth. When Jhanak mentions going to the green room to change, Rishi tells her she doesn’t need to — she looks good just as she is. His words leave her startled, and she follows him quietly.
Sanjhbati soon steps aside to take a call. At home, Aditi grows restless, convinced Rishi is ignoring her for Jhanak again. Tanushri complains that Jhanak will become too proud now. Mishti insists she deserved the win; Aditi disagrees sharply, claiming there’s no comparison.
Meanwhile, Jhanak accidentally slips on the stairs. Rishi catches her instantly, and their eyes lock for a long, charged moment — broken only when Sanjhbati calls out. Seeing Jhanak’s foot bleeding, Rishi panics. He scolds her for being careless and personally tends to her wound when Sanjhbati brings the first-aid kit. Even after bandaging, he holds her, steadying her gently.
