The episode starts with Mimi noticing Jhanak working and telling her she doesn’t need to do all this. She advises Jhanak to stop doing others’ work, but Jhanak insists that if she doesn’t, Anjana’s workload will increase. Mimi questions why Jhanak is doing household chores when she herself doesn’t. Jhanak replies that Mimi is a family member, while she isn’t. Mimi reminds her that she is still Shrishti’s daughter, but Jhanak refuses that identity. Mimi wonders how Jhanak tolerates everything and admits to having mistreated her before. She invites Jhanak to her wedding, but Jhanak says she will leave before that. Mimi asks if Anirudh will let her go, and Jhanak says he has no right to stop her.

Mimi then mentions that Jhanak won’t be allowed at her house after marriage. When Jhanak

asks what she wants to do, Mimi expresses love for both her parents and Lalon. Jhanak reassures her that Lalon’s family will accept her parents someday. However, Mimi believes her parents haven’t changed and won’t. She laments that her life is being ruined because of them, stating that if they didn’t care about Anirudh’s life, they won’t care about hers either. Vinayak waits for Shrishti. When she arrives, he assumes she won’t talk to him, but she confirms that she had a reason to be angry. He apologizes, but she insists they get straight to the point. He asks about Jhanak’s whereabouts, and Shrishti reveals that she is still in the Bose house. She blames Jhanak for Arshi’s miscarriage and admits she was only pretending to be nice to her. Vinayak informs her that Brij Bhushan’s property is under his control and plans to auction it soon. He also mentions a plan to kidnap Jhanak when she comes for it.

Mimi then asks Jhanak if she will ever get married. Jhanak replies that she won’t. Mimi questions whether it’s because she loves Anirudh, but Jhanak says she is going with the flow and has stopped planning her life. Kajol advises Jhimli to get a divorce and move on. Lalon adds that the marriage was never registered and encourages Jhimli to return to college. Jhimli refuses, feeling ashamed of herself. Appu arrives and tells Jhimli she prayed for her, then complains about being hungry. Anjana sends Jhimli to wash her hands.

Shrishti regrets not allowing Jhanak to focus on her career. Vinayak notes that while he got rid of Brij Bhushan, Jhanak managed to escape. He calls her lucky. Shrishti then leaves.

Later, Jhanak enters Arshi’s room. Arshi demands to know why she is there, and Jhanak replies that Anirudh said Arshi called her. A flashback reveals that Arshi had accused Jhanak of knowing where her baby was. Anirudh dismissed this as trauma-driven paranoia and insisted that Jhanak would never do such a thing. He acknowledged that Arshi hates Jhanak but urged her to rest.

In the present, Arshi tells Jhanak she has accepted her fate but still believes Jhanak was careless that day. Jhanak suggests filing a case against the hospital, but Anirudh says that won’t bring back their baby. Arshi maintains that Anirudh should never have given Jhanak the responsibility that day.

Precap: Arshi directly blames Jhanak for her baby’s death. Later, Anirudh asks Jhanak to stay for his sake.
