The Episode starts with Chotan and Bablu asking the man to give O negative blood units. The man says just one bottle is available, you have to arrange it. Shubh asks the girl to find out if the blood unit is available. Chotan asks the nurse to help. Nurse says I will try, talk to your relatives if their blood group is O-. Jhanak comes there. Doctor says we need 2 units. Nurse says his family is trying. Shubh asks Lal to go and find the O- blood at the blood banks. Lal argues with Chotan. Anirudh says don’t waste time, they don’t want Anirudh to get saved. Vinayak says I will go with Lal. Shubh scolds Chotan. Chotan says don’t say this, I feel hurt.
Shubh asks why, it’s the truth. Shrishti says I got to know about a blood bank. Shubh says that place is far, Anirudh can’t wait for long. Arshi says I m not able to do anything for him. Bablu says we will go and check the nearby blood banks. Chotan says fine, come. Jhanak comes there. Chotan says Jhanak…. Everyone gets angry seeing her. Shubh asks what are you doing here, who called you here. The lady says please don’t shout, go to visiting room and wait. Shubh says make this girl leave, Anirudh met with an accident because of her. Jhanak says no. Shubh says I made you board the bus, I asked you not to come back. She says I saw the news of Anirudh’s accident and came here. Arshi asks what do you want, he is in this state because of you, are you happy now. Jhanak says no. Arshi starts slapping her. The lady says it’s a hospital, don’t create a scene. Bipasha stops Arshi. Chotan asks why did you come. Jhanak says I came here to see Anirudh, I can’t leave him to die, he saved my life, did I do a sin, tell me. Chotan says yes, so you are bearing this insult. Arshi scolds him.
Bablu says we have to arrange blood for Anirudh. Jhanak says I will give blood. Shrishti scolds her and asks her to get out. Jhanak says I m not talking to you, Anirudh isn’t your property. Shubh and Tanuja also scold her.
Jhanak says this is not your house that you will scold me, it’s a hospital, I will meet Anirudh, you all can’t stop me. Arshi shouts. Doctor says we need blood. Nurse goes out and says we don’t have time, we can’t save Anirudh if we don’t get blood. Everyone worries. Nurse says someone would have O- blood group. Jhanak says its my blood group, take my blood. Bipasha says no, you won’t give blood. Arshi says your blood has poison mixed in it.
Nurse says you come with me, we can’t waste time, is patient’s life imp or your fights. Jhanak says I will give blood. Shrishti says you won’t give blood to him. Nurse says we don’t have time. Shubh says time is less, its about Anirudh’s life. Tanuja says yes, we have no other option. Jhanak says please I request you, let me save Anirudh’s life, I will not tell him or anyone about it. Arshi says you will leave his life when he gets fine, without telling him, remember this. Jhanak goes to give blood. Doctor says we don’t have time, hurry up. Jhanak donates the blood. Doctor says patient is dying, get the blood processed fast. Jhanak cries. Chotan says don’t cry, Anirudh will get fine. Tanuja says we don’t know if Jhanak has given blood or not. Shrishti says Anirudh shouldn’t know about it. Nurse asks Jhanak to take rest. Jhanak says Anirudh will get fine, right. Chotan says yes. Doctor says there is no improvement in Anirudh, inform his family, just a miracle can save him. Nurse says they are crying and worried, how will I give this news. Jhanak comes. Shubh says send her away, her work is done. Bipasha asks Jhanak to leave. Jhanak says I will go once Anirudh gets fine. Shubh says don’t come home. Shrishti and Arshi argue. Jhanak says I will stay on the road, how does it matter. Arshi asks her to leave. Chotan says respect her, she gave blood to Anirudh. Arshi says I won’t even respect you right now, please shut up, if you support Jhanak now, then I will lose my control. Nurse comes and says Anirudh is critical, just pray for him. Everyone worries.

The female lead is being allowed to be treated like rubbish
Even doing a good deed she is being made to feel like dirt

These families are evil – that girl Arshi do not know how to respect anyone
She claim she is rich, beautiful talented the families love her but yet still she is intimidated by Jhanak a poor girl with no one on her side
I hate watching this show – once in a while I watched but I get so upset with their mean behaviour
I want to see Jhanak win – get very successful in the entertainment world and earns loads of money and these people will eat their words.
Such an educated family and they exhibit such backward behaviour – no humanity – no compassion
