Scene 1
Devi says its all your fault. I want to tell police everything but I am quite because of my husband. Kesar should be free from all the pain. she should get married to someone else so she has a life. Adhi says this is village. Here woman don’t marry again. Who will marry her? devi says saradh will. Adhi is dazed. He says okay I will talk to Saradh. Devi smiles.
Bansuri says you did a sacrifice and she is blaming you. Heera says who is she to decide all this? I wont let saradh marry kesar. Heera says I decide what happens here. See what I do now.
Adhi dresses Devi’s wound. Devi smiles. he says you should take care of yourself. devi says masa shouldn’t have done all this. Adhi says I know I understand. she says I know your pain that is why I didn’t tell anyone truth. He says you made me open my eyes.
Police arrests Saradh in charge of Mukun’s murder. Adhi is dazed. He sees the news. Devi says this is a sin. WE have to save him. Adhi says no one should know that masa killed him. Devi says we can’t let Saradh pay for masa’s sin. He says please don’t tell anyone. Its her thoughts that made her do it. Devi says she killed him in his senses. Adi comes downstairs.
Devi is getting knives sharpen. Masa says what are you doing. Devi says nothing. Heera says if you think you can scare me don’t. Devi says you killed you own son. Your crime can’t hide for long. I know you are behind Saradh’s arrest. I will get Kesarr married. This is my promise. Maas smirks.
Scene 2
Masa makes Kesar sit so her head can be shaved. Devi comes and says what is happening here. SHe takes the razor from the woman. She says how dare you. The woman says this is our ritual. Devi says today is the day of change and no one better come in between. If anything happens to Kesar I will tell the whole world who killed Mukun. Maasa asks the women to leave. Devi hugs Keasr. Kesar is crying.
Adhi is trying to sleep. He recalls his moments with Devi. He recalls all the bad things he did to her. devi is not in her place. He comes to see Devi is sleeping with Kesar. He says you are such a nice human. You help everyone. I will help you in everything you want to do.
Precap-Adhi says I will get you your place in this house. I will marry you again with all the rituals. He takes Devi out of ice cream. Devi tells Kesar who killed Mukun. Kesar faints. Doctor says she is pregnant.

I’m trying very hard to re-think my reaction to Adi…just not there yet, they did such a good job making him unlikable to me…now this sudden turn around for Devi. i reserve my judgement. To S, Mallu and Lilliya i’m so glad you guys are loving Bashir Momin, it’s what this show should have been, stick with it, he is a terrible man but the why he is the way he is will be told, i cried.

Yes,Cathy,even I am not convinced about this sudden reformation in Adhi,though he is very amiable now and talks very pleasant ,I think there is not much change in his attitude towards Masa.He has seen her killing two young mem.one of them her own son,in front of his eyes,but he defends her saying that the fault is not hers but her backward thinking influenced by her traditional upbringing.His brother like friend Saradh gets arrested ,still he doesn’t want Masa’s truth to be revealed,the reason ; he can not see his mother handcuffed,Devi summed up the mother and son relationship very accurately,let Masa do any number of crimes,her son will neverfind fault with her and let the son do any number of good deeds,his mother always finds flaws only.So,the same situation continues,the only difference being that ths time Adhi seems to be falling in love with Devi.
Cathy ,even I started seeing Bashir Momin,Ofcourse I will take some time to finish all the episodes but the first three I loved.Can you tell me what are the total no.of episodes ,Infact this is the first Pakistani sop I have ever watched a d I must say that they did a fantastic job.
There are 32 episodes of Bashir Momin, i wished they would have done more but it very easily would have lost its way so i have to accept it…i must admit i have a wee bit of a crush on him..LOL i am so glad your watching to, i think we have a small fan base growing. But back to this show, i was wondering if maybe Devi thinks as you do and it why she is holding back and stopped Adi from confessing his feelings and is not sleeping in his room and has decided to bunk in with Kesar whether it’s for Kesars protection or Devi putting distance between herself and Adi i’m not sure. A Local T.V station in my City…not affiliated with any Stations from India, shows different Programming from around the world, so i get shows from Pakistan, India, China Turkey etc, in fact a few years back i got to watching Jodha Akbar it was on just as i got home from work and i got hooked, then a couple of buddies of mine told me about KumKum bhagya and got me watching from then on in. Then a few months back they started showing Bashir Momin and i’m one of those people when i like something i start wanting more information so i went online and found that youtube had it and i binge watched all the episodes one Saturday afternoon needless to say no house work was accomplished and i ordered dinner in. 🙂 Oh and if your interested My most favourite Police Detective show comes out of Turkey “Kara Para Ask” Or Black Money Love…it’s more of a viewing commitment but it is one of the best show’s i’ve seen..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUuN0DSz4SM&list=PLC54aEvZYninw2cJmw8qw39zx7gi-DlVl Boy did i ever get off track.
Cathy can u tell me how did bashar fall for Rudaba?
I think they have cut few scenes on u tube from what I saw she moves in with him and he realises when Buland comes
But then why did he dump her at the airport right after buland n Taiyaba left!
Why don’t he take her along
M yet to watch others but couldn’t resist discussing with u ?
They didn’t even show the Nikah or marriage ceremony where she said yes
