hi guys I hope you all are doing well.more than me you have contributed in this ff,if not for your encouraging comments I would have left this ff long back.
so if you have not fallen in love with sanskar till now I guess you are going to fall hard for him reading this part.
“sanskar why are we here?”ragini asked him but he just smiled and took the steps with her,not in front nor after her.”ragini this place gave me you…. our encounters turned into full fledged meetings here…. here we shared our deepest and strongest emotions with each other….we went through our bad times with each other even when we didn’t had much of connection but now that we are getting married I want to tell you that I will stay beside you whole of my life”sanskar folded his hands in front of God’s idol and ragini did the same smiling at him.
“sanskar what are you doing?”ragini asked when he held her hand standing at the entrance of the main temple.”ragini we will take 7 vows around the sacred fire…I promise to fulfil them but I guess they are not enough so I want to promise you my 7 oaths which will always remind me to give this relationship the place it deserves”sanskar softly smiled nodding and holding her hand started circling around the temple.
“I won’t give you freedom because you are not inferior to me,I am not your authority… you are equal to me in this relationship… you don’t need to ask from me if you want to work or not…or you want to go somewhere… just an information to me… that’s it”sanskar said looking in her eyes completing the first round.ragini felt touched by his vow as all men come in the form of authority once they get married but her sanskar wasn’t like others.”I won’t judge you…if you come late at night I will be worried but I won’t question you…if you want to wear any clothes I won’t bash you for that….if you talk to boys I won’t judge you….if you take a decision different from me I won’t force you to agree to me…if you don’t wish to wear the signs of marriage it’s fine….I would never ask you to keep fast for me….these things won’t express your love but your company with me, our late night hand in hand conversations will”sanskar spoke with conviction making ragini’s eyes tear up.she was falling in love with him all over again.”we won’t get intimate without your permission….
I promise that I won’t ever force myself on you…. you just say a no and I will back off…. only my pleasure doesn’t matters but it should be your wish too”sanskar looked in her eyes shaking his head asking her to not cry.ragini bit her lip hearing him and they continued their rounds.”I won’t ever raise my voice against you…I won’t raise my hand on you ever…. even if I am angry I won’t possess the audacity to harm you or harass you…I won’t hurt you ever knowingly”sanskar looked forward while ragini just lost herself in him.his thoughts, his views were so pure what else did a girl needed from her husband.”I won’t vent out my anger on you….my work stress or my frustration won’t cause you any harm anytime…I will give needed attention to the family and not be that indulged in work as to ignore the family”sanskar took another round wiping her tears once with a glare to warn her not to cry.”your family, your love won’t be your weakness,a hurdle in your professional life but I will always stay beside you encouraging you to fulfil your dreams…
I won’t ever get jealous if you will be more successful and famous than me…I won’t let me be the reason of your failure”ragini smiled as sanskar grinned at her.”my ego,my attitude or selfishness won’t ever tarnish our relationship….I promise that I will think consciously with a cool mind…. even if we fight I won’t do anything stupid due to my ego….I won’t come in others words and hold you responsible anytime for a wrong doing just like that….I will believe you before anyone else”ragsan completed the rounds and ragini just left herself on his shoulder with tears rushing down her cheeks.sanskar kissed her forehead cupping her face”I know these are small things but they are only the cause of the biggest problems in marriage….I will keep in mind what all I said… and won’t give you a chance to get disappointed anyhow”. ragini touched his hand on her cheeks saying”sanskar these 7 vows are more important to me than the marriage vows… you have given me the gift every bride needs… I am lucky to have you”.
“sanskar this tree”ragini spoke touching the tree where she used to tie the holy thread.sanskar stood smiling as the past memories crossed his mind raising his heart beat.he was so near to his love but didn’t realised then he lost her but still his heart didn’t recognized that she is the one but destiny played the game bringing them together,he felt really lucky to have so many chances to realize and achieve his love.he felt blessed to have got so many chances.
“ragini just like you will wear manglasutra and sindoor on our marriage marking you as mine I also want to wear something to be recognized as yours”sanskar spoke getting out a black coloured thread from his pocket which had tiny golden yellow beads like manglasutra.”ragini this will stay with me just like my manglasutra stays with you….if you can wear a sign then I also don’t hesitate to wear what shows your rights on me”sanskar kept the thread in her hand.ragini looked at him Amazed that how could a boy turn like this.sanskar bent a bit for ragini to tie the thread.ragini tied the knot around his neck while sanskar smiled feeling her touch.ragini looked at his neck and saw the thread had a small locket with the alphabet’R’.”sanskar how much you love me!!”ragini emotionally said overwhelmed by his sweet gestures.”I don’t know I just love you”sanskar shrugged his shoulder innocently.ragini hugged him tightly trying to grasp this beautiful moment.she had once felt that love is not made for her and only gives pain but now seeing sanskar’s love she started believing more in love feeling blessed in love.
“Ragini forward your hand”sanskar said while ragini did so.sanskar tied a red thread on her hand kissing her hand making her blush.ragini looked at him lovingly while he forwarded his hand asking her to tie the other thread.ragini did so and after that asked him about it’s significance.”it keeps your loved ones happy, the pandit said that it will also protect your loved ones….I don’t believe in all this but I couldn’t take any risk… moreover it will always be a reminder that I have to protect my loved ones….it will give me the hope to do what is right for the family…. and will stay as a reminder to our this marriage…the actual marriage will come but this day will remain special to us”sanskar said keeping another thread in her hand.”for kanav”he whispered with a smile while ragini nodded.
Hmmm….. so liked it?I hope so.well I know we can’t find such boys in real that’s why I have made him in my writing, the perfect guy.
