The episode starts with Saanchi looking at the cheque given by Yash Warden Goel. Mugdha comes, Saanchi informs her that she is going to the bank. Mugdha says, you said that bank refused for giving loan. Saanchi says, I will make a way out. She asks Mugdha to mail all the clients that she will be sending their money to them. Addu worries for Saanchi. Dilshaad says, your tai will definitely manage. He asks, did you talk to Dhruv. Dilshaad says, he is not replying to my message and phone calls. Addu gets disappointed. Dilshaad says, everything will be alright soon. Dhruv is sitting in the bar and drinking. Ankita asks him to dance….Dhruv says my mood is not good. Ankita asks him not to hurt her. Dhruv says, you took a decision to marry me. Ankita says, I am really happy. Dhruv says you will
Saanchi comes to the manager and says I have decided. Manager says, are you sure of your decision. I never thought you will take this decision. Saanchi says, I needs money. Manager says, you are about to mortgage your factory. Do you know what you are doing? Saanchi says, I am doing this to save my factory. Manager gives her cheque of Rs 50 lakhs Rs. Saanchi thanks him. Saanchi looks at the cheque and recalls Dhruv’s family words. She gets sad. She thinks this money is needed for me and tears the cheque. She comes home and recalls her father. She cries and feels bad for mortgaging her father’s factory. She says sorry to her father. She says, I will get our factory back. I won’t let your hardwork go waste.
Prachi says sorry to the function organiser. He says, we have already waited for long. Prachi asks them to have tea. They asks Prachi to call them once the cheque is ready. Prachi says, tai always let us down. Addu says, you let down us. And tai fulfills your demands. He scolds her. Prachi says, tai’s ego is so big. Addu tells about Saanchi’s financial position. Prachi says, she have 25 crores cheque. She will come now and cancel the party. My mom in law will take my life. Saanchi comes and says sorry to Prachi for coming late. Prachi is upset. Saanchi asks, where are the party planners. Saanchi says, I will talk to them on phone. She says, we have to make the arrangements for the party. Prachi says, I will make coffee for you. Dhruv is sitting in the dark…while the sad title song plays. Ankita comes, Dhruv asks her to leave. Ankita says, tomorrow you have to look best and asks him to chose what he will wear. Dhruv says I will wear white. Ankita is shocked. Dhruv says, you are getting engaged to a lifeless person. Ankita says, I am going to marry my dream friend. Dhruv says, I am changed. Ankita says, my dreams are becoming true. Dhruv says, you are doing a mistake.
Ankita swears to get him back. Dhruv tells her welcomes to hell. And asks her to get out. Nani comes to Saanchi and says I am going. Saanchi asks, where are you going? Nani says, you made me a stranger. You didn’t tell me about the financial problem. Saanchi says sorry. I don’t want to trouble you. There is no problem now. Nani asks, from where you got the money? Saanchi hesitantly tells her about the mortgaging her factory. Nani is shocked.

Dilshaad comes to Dhruv’s home. Waiter tells her about Dhruv’s engagement. He stops her from going inside. Dilshaad calls Dhruv. Dhruv looks down.
